Knowing more about the Saint can't hurt, maybe the Saint specialists in a certain aspects of cultivation and knowing about that would impress him. How much the MC has improved physically and martially is very impressive even more so given that he was sickly and weak before. And as the Sword Saint he probably cares about that part of cultivation. Also it is interesting what a Saint is, is it a special rank? Is it a nickname? there are many possible answers.

Well, that went better than expected due to help from friends. Security and the Bei Clan acted as expected really.

I think plan Hanging out in the woods is one week early. Delay it one week and Hua Yin can give Li Feng some pointers given by the Saint as well.

Edit: might also be an idea to do the same for the other main participants in the fight.

I was wondering why the Bei's went so aggressive, then I remembered this class is a monster class in comparison to most years. So the force they brought probably would have been more than enough for a more typical first year class.

We had a pretty good example recently of what happens when you let a bad situation sit for too long. We need to make sure Li Gai doesn't become A Problem.
 
Well, I don't think that Li Gai is in a bad spot at the moment. But getting some Survival tips from him will be really helpful.
 
@warumono would this work for a write in or is it too much for one action? Figured it might be doable since they are in the same place.

[] Go to the infirmary and visit Song and Ling, talk to them both and try to broker an agreement of favors between them that gets Song what she wants for her family while allowing Ling to keep as much face as she can.

Just thought about this but we should learn more about a couple of things. We should learn more about how attunement work and what attunements the MC has, so far it seems like he has celestial and lighting. This can be learned about by talking to wolf bro and we can develop that relationship further and learn about spirits. But it would also be useful to learn about Qi arts and develop the MC's skills more into that aspects of cultivation because the MC is crazy talented in that because of his INT and WIL. We should also learn more about the particulars of the spirit realm, such as learning about the core and how to defend it, as well as how to hid our cultivation from spirit senses.
 
We have been cultivating at the Supplicant's Tears as well, and both Fonts actually have 4 affinities each.
So we've been cultivating a broad range of things. Not sure if we'd have an attunement yet. A couple of barely trained techniques is unlikely to do much.

Supplicant's Tears: Life, Light, Water, Earth.
Kiss of Tribulation: Lightning, Storm, Metal, Celestial.

I wonder if sending a copy of the annotated medical texts could help treating Guan Yizen somewhat? I love this old lady, and I'm sure Hua Yin and his father love her too.

Our cultivation techique is celestial and lightning, our marital arts is lighting, and Qi technique is celestial. But we stated out with a life/wood cultivation style. So celestial and lightning are probably our main attunments with more minor ones to life, and wood and even lesser ones to water, metal, and light

I think we would know if we had an attunement. It seems like it'd be important enough for its own mechanics blurb and spot on the character sheet.
 
A metal technique may be something that would work well with our sword style. Possibly metal/celestial would for focusing motion/gravity effects on the blade. Storm
 
About Guan Yizen we could try to buy something in medical to help her we do have the points just need to find out what pains them. Also make sure zhe chao doesnt sabotage us.

I think part of it is that we're waiting on the letter back from out parents telling us about what they found after looking into the tax-raising that was the catalyst for the declaration of the duel.

This is a good point, but also I'm not sure if it even really matters anymore. Song won the duel so presumably she can fix the problem even if it wasn't in retaliation like she thought. The issue is that rumors are saying she is planning to humiliate Ling, which is going to make her a big enemy and make things difficult for us as we are currently someone who is trying to be friends with both.

Ling has probably heard the rumors, my plan would be that we go to both in turn and try to figure out what the other wants and if we can find 3 favors that get Song what she wants without making a lifelong enemy out of Ling. Something like the 3 favors being fixing things for her family, a set of Alchemy books to study, and Charm would help Song out long term and wouldn't hurt Ling too bad. We just have to convince Song to take the long view instead of revenge. And let Ling know Song is taking the view so she's knows it could be much worse and it might help at least keep their relationship from worsening.
