Given the nature of the Light, I doubt Kyubey could hold any aspect of it without being fundamentally changed from their current self.
Unrelatedly, what are the odds that Madoka or Sayaka contracted in order to heal Mami of her injuries?

She talks like that was different from a normal Cleansing, closer to a Realization
 
To me, if seems like having an E.G.O. and undergoing Distortion are the same as being a Magical Girl and turning into a Witch. It's just the Incubators system that affects the end result.

In theory, this means the contract is completely unnecessary to get magic, because it's at least partly E.G.O.. Which means we should probably keep a better eye on Hitomi.

It also makes me paranoid, because I find it highly unlikely we're running into the other people holding the pieces of the Seed by happenstance.

Ah, right. Forgot about that.

As for Kyubey... we already have his character sheet. It has no hidden traits. None of them are a piece of the Seed. And as someone else noted, he doesn't seem like the type to hold a piece of humanity's salvation.

I am not, believe me. I was just poking fun at the situation.
Then again, some of the things lined up, people already guessed the first layer of. No one has any idea what is in the wings, and I doubt anyone will figure it out before it happens. I am looking forward to it.

The following paragraph outlines that even Ai, being trapped in the depths of LoboCorp, heard of Kali. The Red Mist. Not Gebura, who she knows, but the original. As for mental gymnastics, you may want to look at that part of the conversation again. They are already there :V

I mean, witching out Does have a lot of similarities to a large scale Distrotion if you think about it. And we know that a magical girl will turn into a Witch if her soul gem fully darkens like kyouko's almost did

Considering that many angels are basically eldritch abominations when described in the Bible, and Kyoko being the daughter of a preacher meaning she probably knows that, most likely surprise that we don't look weirder.
Edit: Also possibly thinking we might be a Seraphim, since "Seraphim" translates to both "burning" and "serpent".

So there's a high chance that Hitomi will hang out with Sayaka and madoka, which also lead us to meet recovering mami. I so want to watch the clusterfuck that will happen.
