ARCANA (40K Perpetual Quest)

[X] Logos: Absolute Truth. You would have taken everything she had, and you would feel exceedingly little guilt about it, because that was the kind of mindset that kept you alive.

Honest words for a honest deal.
Don't want to lie, and if we won't care about her after she dies, why would she care about us after we go to pretty much die?

[X] Pathos: Lie. Lie like hell. You would have seen that she got at least some kind of burial, and would have gotten Father Eli to pray for her.

Could we write in a different argument for one of these skills? Like, an Ethos argument focusing on our expertise in surviving in the outskirts, or a Pathos argument that is something other than just lies?

Yeah no, not really. For simplicities sake you just pick the skill.

[X] Kairos
I don't know what that means but it's our highest ranked social skill besides teardown and I don't think that one is a good idea right now.

Appeal to opportunity, like I said in the AN. Basically, most of the time its used to convince others that a particular beneficial oppurtunity needs to be seized now.

Sometimes its better to tell people what they need to hear. Especially under the current surcumstance.

There is the lingering guilt over that masterful teardown. Speaking of which, could we use a mix of Kairos and ork lore to teardown ork opponents by exploiting their one and only fear?

No.

Maybe we will be able to convince her to join the church of Father Eli The God emperor later. It would probably help her mental state.

Wait, only 'several' hundred? How much is a crown worth?

Ull is underestimating its worth, largely in part because he's never owned one. Objectively its probably worth a lot more, though thats largely due to its condition and the fact its a city-constructed house-tank and thus actually designed to serve its general role: a lot of house-tanks owned by Shanty inhabitants, meanwhile are basically discarded or salvaged shipping containers that the owners slapped an engine, treads, and guns (all of which come in fairly cheap supply) on. Maybe actual armor instead of scrap plating they welded or bolted on if they're feeling swanky and can afford something more expensive than iron. One of those (without armoring) would probably go for around seven hundred or so thrones, not counting maintenance, furnishings, fuel costs, or other improvements you might want to make to ensure its not a glorified RV with some guns.
