I thought we were going Rapier because it was the combination with the highest value.

Reiryoku Manipulation was the middle option, it still won.

I did request plan voting this time around. If there aren't that many plan votes then it'll be the highest count.

This feels most appropriate for someone running late for school. Chiyu doesn't seem great with making stuff up on the spot. Being honest doesn't feel like something anyone would do unless they were extremely open about their ability to see ghosts, which Chiyu isn't, judging from the first chapter.

Motivation is really just up to personal preference. You could make a good argument for all of them. Though, honestly, I kinda want to have a more concrete goal or philosophy than just "I want to stop bad thing happening to X people" or "I want to fight monsters". So if anyone can come up with anything more interesting, I'll be all for it.

This feels in line with what we've seen of Chiyu the most. She doesn't seem the type to sugar-coat or make things up for no reason.

Also, @veekie, @Vokivas, @RandyTrevelyan, @tricholysis, @KreenWarrior, @buli-buli, @Valkhir, @LotusPocus you all need to change your vote to plan format.
