We really should strengthen our connection with our primary domain before we take a new one. Looks like The Devourer has done that with his Death one.

Then we can do the leveling up of what we have next turn, get the Domain now for overall strength up and then next turn we upgrade all our basics.

You are currently not aware of any means to do so. You can't strengthen its connection to the Sea any further.

I'm thinking that getting another domain could in some ways counter the Devourer, by making it so that we can heal what it corrupts. Getting the gang together to go beat it up so it stops stealing the souls of our followers seems like something we should really prioritize.
