Welcome to my Candy Store! (Willy Wonka Management Quest.)

[X] Hire one.
-[x] Hire Kelly Jones

Someone to produce candy in the 50's is literraly the beat we've been getting offered.

[X] Hire one.
-[x] Hire Kelly Jones.

Tough call, but Michael Johnson was a 43 roll, and Kelly is a 47+5. That swung me to taking her, though I don't know what the recruitment quality break points are. I get the feeling an Industrial Engineer or Automation expert is an 80+ or even 90+ roll... I'm hoping for options that boost our recruitment roll capabilities down the line, since HR quality is now a huge thread issue here. But our actions locked into production is a burning hole for our action economy, and she doesn't seem to be a security risk. Hopefully.

Alright, I'm gonna have some dinner and then hop off to bed... I've had a really long day.

A few more candy ideas.
Found these in my notes, so... here's a small gift?

Perfectly Palletable Paints: A completely edible paint-like substance, it can be used for art and eating!

Whipping Cream: Whipped Cream, that when eaten lashes out within your mouth.

Walking Wafers: Wafers that, when put into your mouth, grow little legs and run around your tongue.

Gelatin Goose: A goose completely made out of a gelatin-like substance.

TheForgottenOne's Candy Ideas.
I had old ideas for dnd candy that could be used here if you like.

Sun drops, a energizing citrus candy that leaves you glowing. (A warm yellow glow that is. hair, skin or both. )
Moon drops a calming vanilla flavor and lets you feel like the world can't hold you down. (both figuratively and literally. light weight /float effect, looks like they're underwater.)
Star drops, a combination of both being a citrus cream flavor that leaves you feeling refreshingly sparkling. (sparkling with motes of lights that twinkle in and out of hair, skin or both with light weight effect/underwater appearance effect)

Do not recommend eating more than one at a time.

18- Kelly Jones? More like Jelly Kones.
[X] Hire one.
-[x] Hire Kelly Jones.

You decided to hire Kelly Jones on as your latest, and for now... your last employee.

She seemed happy to be on board, and doing work.

Kelly Jones (Roll: 52):

An average young woman, used to doing monotonous labor for money.

PERKS:

Used to Monotony: Suffers no maluses from repeatedly being put on candy-making duty.

Now, you had to figure out where to assign her.

Where do you assign Kelly Jones? (This happens after this turn)

[] Assign her to Sales.

[] Assign her to Candy Research.

[] Assign her to Candy Making.

[] Write-in (Write-in a custom choice):

After assigning Kelly to her role in the company, you had gotten to selling your candy. You hope people like the Nerds.

Wonka Bar Sales: 304.

Laffy Taffy Sales:
406.

Ice Mice Sales:
306.

Toothy Fruity Sales:
267.

Nerds Sales:
438.

You had sold just... a crapload, Laffy Taffy had suddenly become a bit of a craze for the kids, and they'd bought up as much as they could, and The Nerds, well... after people found out they enhanced your intelligence had practically flown off the shelves, local scientists had quickly decided to pre-order some for their own work. (Laffy Taffy gains a temporary +6 next time you sell candy) (Nerds gains a temporary +38 next time you sell candy)

You have gained 169 Wealth.

You have lost 12 Wealth Joe Bucket's, Fred Morter's, Ruby Williams', and Kelly Jones' Employment, and 1 Wealth From Advertisements. In Total: 13 Wealth.

You now have 434 Wealth.

Okay, just... wow. Your candy's definitely getting popular with the masses, that's for sure!

Afterward, Fred had come in wanting you to have a look at his latest candy.

What Candy do you want Fred Morter to Research? (Choose one)

[] A Variation of the Wonka Bar.
-[] Fudgemallow Delight Wonka Bars.
-[] Chilly Chocolate Creme Wonka Bars.
-[] Triple Dazzle Caramel Wonka Bars.
-[] Nutty Crunch Surprise Wonka Bars.
-[] Write-in (Write-in a custom choice):

[] Bottle Caps: A small bottle cap candy, nothing truly special about it.

[] Jocks: Large purple candies that make you stronger the more you eat them!

[] Every Flavor Jelly Beans: These Jelly Beans have every flavor imaginable! Chocolate, Grass, Water, Fire, Snot, and many more! So many more!

[] Chocolate Birds: A flying chocolate bird, make sure to eat it before it melts!

[] Chocolate Frogs: Frogs made of chocolate, they even act like real frogs, with the way they hop around!

[] Rainbow Flavored Candy Canes: Candy canes that taste like a rainbow!

[] Whispering Chocolates: Chocolates that whisper to you, saying generally positive things about the person eating them.

[] Never-ending Gum: Gum, that never ends!

[] Ever-growing Candy Floss: Candy Floss that simply never stops growing.

[] Bomb-Bombs. Bon Bons that (lightly) explode in your mouth! (Causes no harm to the eater, and that's a Wonka Guarantee!)

[] Flamin' Mints: Mints, that after being eaten makes you shoot a small burst of fire from your mouth

[] Jawmaker: The more you chew, the stronger your jaw gets. It's simply amazing!

[] Blood Pops: A lollipop that tastes like blood.

[] Acid Pops: An incredibly sour lollipop, you'd advertise that they could burn a hole through your tongue... they couldn't of course. You weren't legally allowed to do that. Which was such a shame.

[] Butterbeer: A "beer" made out of butterscotch, sugar, and water, it had a very slight alcoholic content, but was deemed safe enough for children to have one.

[] Firewhisky: Alright, now... this one? This one was for adults only. It was a whiskey that fills a person with a burning sensation, before they burp up a small gout of flame. It was absolutely fascinating.

[] Jelly grown-ups: Jelly babies that age and taste sweeter the longer you wait, like a fine wine.

[] Cookie Glow: Cookie Dough that warms itself up, hardening until it's like an actual cookie.

[] Turkish Fright: A Turkish Delight that screams when you chew on it.

[] Drinkable Giant Cola bottles: A giant bottle of jelly cola, that's able to be drunk to completion!

[] Honey Flowers: A candy made from mixing the flower petals of a very specific flower, with honey and chocolate. It looks like a chocolate covered flower petal, and had the texture of one too.

[] Starmix: Sweets that glow like actual Stars. Make for great nightlights.

[] Jelly worms: Jellies that wriggle around.

[] Ghostly Gummies: A gummy that, when taken out of its packaging, will phase through nearly everything. With the sole exception of any human parts, it's a candy and so, must be eaten after all.

[] Sweet N Sour: Hard Candy with a sweet side like Cherry and a Sour side like Lemon. Various odd combinations.

[] Temperamental Treats: A candy that changes its flavor depending on your mood! If you're angry? It's spicy. Sad? It's cold. Happy? It's one of the sweetest candies you've ever had! There are so many more flavors, depending on your mood! Try it now!

[] Green Rock Candy: A glow-in-the-dark hard candy, that grows when fed certain... elements directly, and it's edible! What a great discovery.

[] Perfectly Palletable Paints: A completely edible paint-like substance, it can be used for art and eating!

[] Whipping Cream: Whipped Cream, that when eaten lashes out within your mouth.

[] Walking Wafers: Wafers that, when put into your mouth, grow little legs and run around your tongue.

[] Gelatin Goose: A goose completely made out of a gelatin-like substance.

[] Sun Drops: An energizing citrus candy that makes you glow a warm yellow.

[] Moon Drops: A candy with a calming vanilla flavor, that makes you feel light on your feet as if gravity has lost some of its grasp on you.

[] Star Drops A combination of Sun and Moon Drops, with a citrus cream flavor, that causes you to sparkle with motes of light. Must Research Sun Drops and Moon Drops to Research.

[] Write-in (Write-in a custom choice):

After you had looked at Fred's candy, you had to decide what to do for the rest of your week... without having to make candy, you felt that you could do so much more!

It felt like you had so many options now! You feel so giddy!

What do you want to do? (Top 2)

[] Research more Candies.

[] Work on making more Wonka Bars, Laffy Taffy, Ice Mice, Toothie Fruities, and Nerds for people to eat. No longer need to do this with your employee Kelly Jones.

[] Upgrade the Building once again.

[] Hire yet another Employee to help man the store.

[] Go on a trip to find some exotic ingredients for your sweets.

[] See if you can strike some deals with grocery stores to stock your candies on their shelves. (Would not recommend, for now, you might want to wait until you reach at least a Candy Production of 1000.)

[] Advertise your Store some more.

[] Buy a Lottery Ticket (Cost - 1 Wealth for each ticket; Condition- no bonus dice, DC of 100, if successful, it gives 100 Wealth)

[] Improve Knowledge and Imagination (Improve Willy Wonka's Bonus to Research Rolls)

[] See if you can upgrade the website a bit?

[] Open up a new store. (Costs: 100 Wealth)

[] Write-in (Write-in a custom choice):

Please use a Plan Format.

Alright, finished the update, now... I'm starting another quest, but don't fret. I'm not canceling this one. It's a One Piece Quest, that I'll post in a few minutes, doing some character voting to start off.

Here it is!

[X] building wright in
-[X] Assign her to Candy Making.
-[X] Sun Drops: An energizing citrus candy that makes you glow a warm yellow.
-[X] wright in- research and hire some construction laborers so you can do more upgrades on your shop at a high standard (cost 20 wealth?)
-[X] Go on a trip to find some exotic ingredients for your sweets.

it is up to veto rules if the quest masters says no to the wright it but as they where ok with the wright in last time l asked l dont see why not just the outcome was never pick for the action l have explain somewhat my idea down belowe

plan is similare with Wonka wonderful with the exception of hire some local laborers which should give us a group of 4 people (5 wealth each because skill workers) and Wonka could upgrade a room on his own so with 4 people doing the job we should get between 2 and 4 upgrades done at the cost of 20 wealth which we have plus any cost the room already has on it for its level.

ps as this would be contract work with a construction firm we not hireing the people directly just ...renting there services
