I'm supporting bringing in Eva because her "cheat" mod has a solid chance against an endbringer and because she could easily be a mind fuck for everyone seeing her enter the battle.
Every one else is here clad in spanxed and tacticalcool armor but then this lady in slacks and a blouse just strolls up and starts throwing down endbringer level fire power likes its nothing.
Won't Ruphas be better to mess up with people? I mean It would be 'angel' VS 'angel' for everyone seeing the Battle
Anyway on what plan we have to take or rather the Next course of action i think It depent on Aoi Meta Perspective... hmm i didn't actually read instant death that far so i don't actually have any knowledge on her feat's, How much does she see? the wiki is rather vage her on scope
Meta Perspective: Aoi can "look down" at fate, described by herself as a meta-ability that allows her to peek at the entire "script" of the world simultaneously. This is not limited to seeing the future as the ability also allows her to look at the past to see the events that lead up to an event/learn about her opponent, and the present to see the current events taking place. As an extension of this ability, she's also capable of seeing/sensing the Fate value of events and Destiny value of people and knows how to manipulate them. She's not limited to seeing one linear flow of Fate, she's capable of seeing all possible flows of Fate.
Hmm so yeah kinda want to know how much exactly can she see just the basic or Taylor will sudenly learn Ziz is Zion/eden super weapon being controlled by eidolon subconscious? Because that's what i get from that description heck It look like It would even let her know what cape's she need to kill Ziz without fighting herself
Bah for all i know that whole 'battle' may be 'seeing' with Aoi then TP with Echidna and 1 hit Ziz with X form on her weak point... So how does she use her power on instant death canon?
Example, she used on it someone who can use cheat abilities and the cheat ability of that person suddenly vanished.
Why? It is because on a Narrative Stand point, the power of that cheater is something that wasn't taken through "Hard Work" but only given to him, and it is bad for a story so the narrative made it so the power doesn't exist.

There are some sort of "Script" that I can see. These lines of "Script" seems pretty important. Like it should have something to do with me and the others on the distance.
Looking on the windows again, I suddenly realized what is it.
Destiny. A way to measure how much value of Fate do they have.
A person with a strong Fate value will cause the world to bend to his will. It is depending on their Fate value whether they are fortunate or not.
.... Mine is a lot stronger than the people on the distance.
Now, along with the Script, I also have a way to read all the lines of Script about me and the others.
It's like reading what the Author of a book wants... the only difference is that I can see whether a person have an importance on the Narrative or not.
People who have no importance to the Narrative have little to no Fate values while those who are important to the Narrative have a lot of Fate values.
Now... I don't know how to use this to my advantage. Maybe there is a way to increase my Fate Value or decrease the Fate Value of my enemies?
Fate value is a quantification of their importance to a Narrative. Basically, as long as the Narrative wasn't met, they won't be defeated suddenly. The right narrative is the only way to defeat them.
Let's see... what is the Endbringer's Script...?
... Not good. I can't get a read on it. The only script I can read is about me trying to get near the Endbringer. Anything other than that is unknown.
Does that mean I should get near?
Maybe if I find someone who is heavily connected to the Endbringer, I can read more of it's Script. A lot better, I see the Endbringer itself so all of it's Script will be laid bare to me.
I don't know but maybe if the Endbringer is targeting me, I might have read a Script that specifically states that it is going to attack me, and learn all the possible Scripts of how it is going to do that.
But there is nothing. The Endbringer is not targeting me.
I wonder why? I am sure it is here because of me?

I tried to release a weak spell with my finger. It was a weak ice spell that causes the surroundings to be a bit colder.
Why did I call it an Ice Spell?
I don't know, I felt it was appropriate to call it like that.
I can use other spells, but I need to chant an invocation before I can use high class magic.

I think I will use Echidna and Evangeline's form to fight the Endbringer. Both of them are expensive, so I think they should have an ability to fight toe to toe against an Endbringer, right?

With that decided, I go out using Evangeline's form. "Oh... this form is a Mover I see..." I said to myself in surprise.
I am currently going to the Wards HQ to see if it is where they are going to meet up.
Well, when I got there, I can see some heroes gathered in there, though they seem to be going somewhere else.

I quickly get down besides them and ask one of them about the meeting point.
"Huh? Your a hero?" After nodding to the female heroine's question, she continues. "It's dangerous for a child like you to go there. Also, your not even wearing a proper costume... I think it is a lot more dangerous for you, seeing as you seem to be a newbie!" The woman told me.
By the way, I decided to wear a facemask and a blanket as a robe to act as my costume.
... It's my only way so they think I am a Cape unrelated to Iris!
"I'm an Independent Hero. I think it is fine to participate." I replied calmly.
"But your still a child!"
"Just let her be Vain, we don't have time for this!"
A costumed hero on her back who seems to be her teammate told her, which causes her to grumble before throwing her hands in the air.
"Fine!" She said before looking at me. "But be sure not to force yourself. I heard that the one going here is the Ziz."
.... What?
Wait, it's not the Leviathan?
Simurgh is the one who is going to attack this city!?
"Anyway, let's go. They said the flying bitch is going down in ten minutes!" The costumed guy urges.
".... Okay." Vain said before looking at me. "Do you want to come with us. The meeting area is on the Captain's Hill."
"Wait. Where are the other local heroes?"
"They have already gone there." She said before grumbling under her breathe. "Don't know what the Director of this PRT branch is thinking but I heard the Wards are even forced to participate!" She said in disgust.
Wait... the Wards are even forced to participate?
Isn't the normal procedure to evacuate them and make it sure that Wards are not in a dangerous situation?
What the hell is the Director doing!?
Now I have another reason to fight the Endbringer!
But what should I do next. Should I go along with these heroes and get to the Captain's Hill, or should I go there alone.
Maybe I can use Aoi's ability to see if there is someone there heavily connected to the Simurgh. Maybe I can even read the Script needed to learn more about the Endbringer and have a plan of action to fight her.
I mean, heroes fight Endbringers and if I recall correctly, Aoi's perspective to read the Narrative covers even those who just meet for a brief moment.
So if they have experience fighting the Simurgh, then I can read the Script when it happens and why it happens.
.... I think that is a reasonable plan?

So explanation how Aoi's ability works and a little fact about Evangeline.
Aoi's ability makes so she can read how important a person is in the world. It's like seeing who is the "Important Character" on the story. An important character is based on how much Fate Value do they have.
A person with a high Fate Value means that they are important and the world will make a way so that person didn't die until he/she fulfills their purpose on that world, just like how a character in a story fulfills their role before vanishing in obscurity.
The one with the highest Fate Value will be considered as the "Protagonist" of that world.
Aoi can read the Script when she looks at a person or an object. So long as the object or a person is relevant to another person with a High Fate Value, she can read their connection, just like how a reader will read the description of a character's connection to another.
In a story, it is normal to read the character's thoughts, speech, and reasons. So when she reads a connection, she will be able to read what came to their mind on that moment or what is their reason why that encounter happens.
Now, if she sees the person herself, she will be able to read their information, just like how a reader reads the character profile of that person.
Now, by exploiting this through the Balance of Power, she makes it so narratively, she can make unbelievable things become more believable.
For example, let's say a character was consistently showing a power to use swords. It would be bad writing if he suddenly shows that he can also use all kinds of magic. So by the use of Balance of Power, using Aoi as the Narrative point, that person who can use all kinds of magic won't be able to use it anymore because he only uses swords in a consistent manner based on the narrative in which Aoi only knows of.
That's what Balance of Power can do. The ability to essentially be the narrative point and reject things that weren't part of the already established narrative.
Though, it won't be able to reject things that are absolute (just like the MC of Instant Death who is... well, the literal definition of Death)
As for Evangeline becoming a child, it's her true form. Her adult form is only maintained through Illusion Magic which Taylor is unaware of, so she didn't manage to make it stay.
