I'm more interested in Meta Perspective - it's a PtV level ability, except that we can also learn everything about an object or event of interest to us, in the past or in the future. I don't think Balance of Power will start right away when it is selected, and we should probably be extremely careful with its use.

I think it is beyond the purview of the current Ramiris to create something like this, let alone all the attention it will get. But I think this will allow them to gain skills, including access to magic? In any case, being an ordinary person in the world of Tensura is not a good option.

They have Thinkers they can find out it s us and track us down but most people won't notice and Zion, Cauldron, tinkers and thinkers will experiment with it maybe even recreating demon steel and magic
After a few generations maybe a few people will get skills
And I think magicules enchance people's bodies so maybe everyone gets a little stronger and faster(not sure how much or even if they do get stronger)
I actually support this option. We know that killing a Warrior will not really solve the problems of this world, but giving skills to ordinary people, creating magical creatures and spirits can potentially make everything that happens on Earth more ... balanced? Resistant to total destruction? Well, it should be fun at least.
Although I do not know how we can achieve this. And we still need to take care of Zion and the Cauldron first.

I used this expression rather in the meaning of "make sure that they will not threaten or interfere with our plans." Who knows, maybe we can even find a way to convince Zion to cooperate?
However, you have a point about the Endbringers. I considered them together with the Eidolon problem since their free will is limited, but they too may have methods and a desire to prevent us.
However, Taylor is now unaware of the Cauldron's existence and the Warrior's threat. And the gift of magic to the whole world, in any case, is not something that we have enough power, skills and knowledge for right now.
It's doubtful, especially with the fact that is canonically confirm that even without Jack slash causing it, Zion still would have eventually reach the same conclusion and proceed to destroy the world. Since in a what of scenario if Jack had die, it would only buy humanity like 10-15 years.
You shouldn't Eidolon has no control on them except for a limited set of commands, that restrict only like a bit If the EBs wanted to they could easily through away their schedules attacks but they don't since their also following the old program of Eden had in them about the cycle. The worst that could happen is the Endbringer being free and rampaging or like Ziz did in canon make plans to continue the cycle and human misery a "free" Endbringer is never a good thing, their monsters nothing less nothing more, don't let fanon set in.

Having thought of that, I pick the scarf that I bought on the cheap at the thrift store on the Docks. Then I decided to enchant it with my own powers.
... Well, it's just [Labyrinth Customization]. Though this scarf is only useful inside this dungeon. Anywhere else will turn it useless.
But that's enough. It's not like the Magicules will leak outside. This is another dimension after all!
After imbuing it with protection against corruption and tolerance against Magicules, I then move on to the next thing.
Having the scarf is not enough. In fact, I need something else. I need enchanted items that can work outside my dungeon!
But it's impossible for me. I don't have any alchemy skill. I am pretty good at magic and all of it's details, but it is useless if I can't use alchemy or smithing skills!
There is Engraving Magic, but I don't have that magic.
So there is one way to create something that will work outside. That's by getting the help of the spirits.
Or essentially, using spirits as a medium for the item so it will work even if it's outside.
The object must be made of Demon Steel or something much better, but I can easily create that. I don't need a core because I'm only creating an item, not a golem.
By letting the spirit inhabit it, it will work even outside the areas with Magicules.
Spirits, unlike demons or monsters, can live without Magicules. They are the physical manifestations of nature so it is obvious that they will live even when outside my dungeon.
After I have decided that, I made a third floor so spirits can inhabit it. All I need is a large area and a connection from the Spiritual World.

What you did is just very stupid. You just unleashed something that your world is not ready yet.
Ramiris proudly explained to us a lot of things about her world, and we are very alarmed because most of those things are something that can totally change your world.
First, you should know that you just created these beings that Ramiris called as "Monsters" in this world. Monsters are created by the concentrated amount of Magicules in an area based on what Ramiris explained to us.
Second, the introduction of the Spirits. Ramiris told us that the Spiritual World that you opened is a new one that appeared out of nowhere. She didn't even know where it came from. And now, that Spiritual World is connected your world. It is a good thing that it is directly connected on this dimension that you call as the dungeon, but those spirits can leave whenever they want if they mature.
And some of the things that Ramiris told us about the Spirits are terrifying. Some of them are those who can destroy a city just because they wanted to do so.
Anyway, I don't know what are the other things you did that will affect this world. Still, I suggest taking steps before this get worse.

Right, Monsters are created through Magicules if I recall Ramiris' knowledge right.

Within the many screens on my dungeon, I can see a lot of monsters, most of them being giant insect type monsters up to some demonic looking ones with humanoid forms.

So it was not stated how spirits got to the Dwelling of Spirits from Tensura.
It is specifically stated that spirits originated from the Spiritual World. It is also where Ramiris originally resides before falling from grace.
I made a convenient explanation and make it so that Ramiris made a connection to the Spiritual World so spirits will just be born in her dungeon.
I mean, Spirits aren't born on the Material World on Tensura. They also didn't originate from Magicules, unlike demons and monsters. So that's why it became like this.

That's weird even in the Jura Forest with a True Dragon's aura it takes years for monsters to appear there s a reason there were few monsters(low level too) in the Labyrinth when Rimuru first went with the kids
You need to have magicules concentrations high enough to harm normal humans(normal humans from the Cardinal World) for weak monsters to appear and it takes years
Spirits are benevolent toward humanity so no problem there
Hayanose Aoi can temporarily disable Veldanava's system if necessary
