[X]Test your powers
If we end up going to the PRT, it's best to figure out what's going on. Best not to go there and then find out we're body-snatching.
I think it best to test what we can do before we go to the PRT. If we get there, they're going to be all about Master/Stranger analysis because we said we are a dead person, so before we get locked on a table for a few days, it is best to get a handle on our abilities and maybe, just maybe getting a little exp so Taylor knows the mechanic for doing so before she heads in.
I for one detest the Public Relations Team as an Organisation, but not everyone in it, but we may actually have to work with them on this one. We need to push for a consultancy position, so that then we get our better combat powers, it will be hard to find out too much about whatever identity we are using to fight crime. Revealing that we can swap bodies and power sets might not be a good idea for this reason.
With that decided, I walk to the direction where the PRT Headquarters near here is located. The one on the Downtown. 'Phew... I'm glad that nothing bad happened while I was going here.'
I thought with a sigh of relief.
I was a bit nervous while walking. I don't know if this body can even fight. Do I even have any powers other than changing into other person?
Regardless, I am now in front of the PRT Base.
I simply walk closer to the entrance of this building.
I don't know why but I don't feel nervous doing this. It felt like I have somehow brimming with confidence as I took some step forward to the building.
As I got closer...
"Halt! State your business!"
One of the guards standing there said that with a strong voice. It's a bit intimidating.
Though, I somehow felt calm. Like his tone of voice didn't affect me at all.
"I am here to ask for help. I am a new Cape who just got my powers and I hope the PRT can help me with my problems."
I stated that with a confident yet polite attitude to them.
... That's weird, when did I have this much confidence?
"Wait." One of the guards says before he calls in someone on his device.
While one of them is calling someone, I think it might be their superior or something, the other guard is just looking at me with a tense body.
Somehow, I can tell how alert he is at me despite not seeing much on his body and face. I can tell that he was cautious at me.
As I was thinking like that, it seems like the guard just finish calling it in and tells me that I can come in.
He also told me to go to the counter where the lady behind it will tell me where should I go next.
I did just that as I entered the building.
"Hello, the guard there told me to go to you. Can I ask where I should go next?"
"Hm... please proceed to the Conference Room 2. Just walk through there until you see the room that says Conference Room 2. Then, you should wait for the person that will be in charge of you."
The lady behind the counter said as she pointed at the hallway where you should go.
"Thank you."
After thanking her, I walk through that hallway.
It took a bit of a walk before I found the room where I should wait.
Getting inside it, I saw a table and some stools in it.
'This room. It looks a bit dull.' I can't help but think of it like that.
I took a seat on one of the stools and decided to wait. I can't really do anything for now after all.
After waiting for awhile, the door finally opens and someone entered this room.
"Good evening Miss. I am Battery of the Protectorate. It's nice to meet you."

Oh... it's her. One of the Protectorate Heroes!
This is my first time talking personally to a hero, and a Protectorate Member at that.
.... Wait, she introduced herself so it would be rude not to say so in kind...
But wait, how should I introduce myself?
[]Honestly introduce yourself.
-[]Then ask for their help with your current situation.

[]Introduce yourself with the name of your current form.

Couple errors such as "took a sit" instead of "took a seat"

Iris is physically 16 years old, correct? I feel like that will make it fairly difficult to get them to agree to much other than the Wards, which isn't really an option.
'Phew... I'm glad that nothing bad happens while I am going here.'
I wonder how much the "basic" characters from kumo desu will cost? And as you said if we get one then the system will be placed upon earth, monsters will begin to spawn in the wilderness and everyone will be able to learn magic and be capable of training themselves into superhumans!
EDIT
And due to the various water monsters what little is left of shipping after leviathan s arrival will be demolished alongside most forms of flight due to flying monsters...

Actually, no monsters will spawn even if you pick one of the characters from Kumo Desu Ga?
I recall the author stating that the monsters on that world have a clear ecology within their habitat. Which means that they don't just appear out of thin air. They give birth to their young and prey on each other. Then this cycle is repeated.
That's what I recall though.
Basic character huh... so like Shun's Sister or something of that level?
Well, I will put them on 2,000 DP because while a bit weak than other Isekai Characters, they have the potential to become strong through leveling up with their system.
I also know how their leveling system works. I'm already on Chapter 333 on WN and Volume 11 on the LN. Their leveling system works through their goddess, Sariel.
It would be too much of a spoiler if I say more how the leveling system will work through Taylor's power so I'll stop here for now.

If I remember correctly in the LN, in the flashback arc that explained how the world got to where it is, before the system monsters didn't exist on that world (except true dragons like gulli gulli) but once the system was implemented technology broke down fast and monsters started to spawn so people could gather exp without murdering others, and I believe that monsters still spawn above ground but to a lesser degree or the kingdoms would have eradicated the weaker ones from their territory.
The planet on which the main story occurs was once the domain of angels. However, a nuisance of a god went on a rampage for the sake of training, which resulted in the loss of all of the world's angels other than Sariel. Alone, Sariel continues her mission of protecting the planet's primitive...

As far as I can remember, monsters doesn't spawn there because the world didn't have enough energy to do so. It is also why D created something so the world can continue somewhat, though it is hard for any life there, humans and monsters alike, to be born due to the lack of souls and energy in there.
But it seems like with this revelation, the monsters are literally created by the system. Which means they can somehow create some sort of pseudo-souls so when they are killed, their killer will acquire EXP so they will become more stronger.
..... That's a bit confusing but that's generally how I understand it.
Anyway, this literally changes what I plan to characters from Kumo Desu Ga? (If you ever pick one of them)
By the way, want me to update the list of characters that you can buy. It seems like no one will vote for it so I'll just update it one by one.... if you want me to of course.
