A Shrouded Dawn (Warhammer/Stellaris)

I like the bio ascension path, and this one seems to let us get it and psionic ascended too.

[X] Flesh accepted, life hardened

so we have a draw at the moment 6 for I Refuse Your Offers and 6 for Flesh Accepted, Life Hardened 4 votes full + 2 short hand votes. so how are we dealing with a draw if it shows up at the end?

Basically if there is a tie I will roll a dice on SV with a number of faces with the number of ties, with each number relating to one option. The option that is rolled will be the one that wins the vote. I am sorry if this feels unfair to people, but I dislike the idea of having runoff votes due to time and the bandwagon effect.

Never Again, your rejection of the Divine reverberates far and wide even across the planes.

Gain Unique Trait: Illumination, Unique Perks: Beacon of Light, Furious March, Downside: You Reject for now and always the ways of others, you will never waver from the Duties that the God Emperor demands of his people.

Beacon of Light (Tier 2) - Flat bonus to interaction rolls with Humans and their religion, can Convert with time Xenos to the Light
Furious March (Tier 8) - Once per decade you Can Force the Instant Completion of a Single Technology that is 2 Tiers Below your highest Completed.

(Anatol can spend Personal Actions to Read the Echos of a place, revealing hidden information and secrets, able to read any language used in the region from any point in time passively)
Shroud Domain - might unmatched lays at your fingertips only waiting for the call to answer your demand. the might of a God made real is no little thing to wield within the mortal realm, but it can change the course of worlds if used properly. (Anatol can spend all of his Actions to complete a Miracle once per century. A Miracle is a completely Freeform action that can be as precise or as generalized as you desire, it has only Five Limits. 1) It can Not give Understanding of technology, 2) it can not reverse time or otherwise affect time's passing, 3) it can not affect the warp, 4) It can only affect a world at most, 5) Narrative Individuals Severely reduce the effectiveness of Miracles regardless of intent)
The Unending March - never can you rest, nor can you stop the march for progress, your duty compels you to move forward and create works of wonder. (Anatol can Overspend actions per turn. He can spend up to 5 extra actions per turn. For ever research project he adds 1 extra action per multiple of 3 he spends on research, All Intelligence bonuses are Doubled when facing off against Narrative Individuals)

The Boons are going to be the Stellaris ones with maybe a few original ones thrown in that give modifiers to roll bonuses, gains the actions Explore the Shroud, Contact the Shroud Gods)
The Unbowed - Anatol looked upon the Gods of the Shroud in their full form and stood unbowed by their might, he listened to their offers and declined them all. Never would he bend the knee to a God, never would he turn aside from the course of his Duty to Humanity, for he is the Champion of the One upon the Golden Throne. (Anatol's very presence upon a world shutters the doorway between the mundane the realm of gods. All creatures born of Gods suffer in his presence. The spawn of Gods are Unmade by his Hand, those that bend the Knee are made to bend the knee to Him. The Gods themselves find themselves Vulnerable to Anatol's Will.)

I will say that No Mystery box will be negative or at least negative in the sense that it will ruin everything. Yes, I won't deny that there might be negatives in them but they will not be any worse than Known options. I feel that is sucky and unfair to do, so all of my mystery options will be on the same level of usefulness/negativeness as with the known options.

That is fair. And makes sense. Also I do have a question if you don't mind that is.

sure ask away. I am very free with answering questions when I feel its fine with IC info. Or if its just background stuff, so ask.
The Emperor, he effects the warp, can make "demons", and bless folks right? Does he still hold to a bit of his old ideas, or has he lost them thanks to what has happened, and the iron war. And can we become linked to the Adeptus Ministorum give our boons?

So I hope I am not asking a stupid question here, but after being caught up on this I am confused.
Do psychic nulls and Pariahs not exist? As in not exist in this crossover universe?

EDIT: I should have voted given I like this one:

Okay so this timeline is a bit divergent due to my own head canon of things regarding Emps and how he works. Basically without spoiling too much of the stuff, it is much more correct to say that Emps is NOT the God Emperor in any shape or form.

Also Blanks/Pariahs do Exist, but the Shroud doesn't notice them. So to a psion they are the exact same as a normal person. Their inverted Soul only affects the Warp, the Shroud couldn't care less about them.

Well then. Mind if I ask another question then?

Ask your questions and I will respond to them with either a statement saying that is hidden or I will answer them outright. No need to ask permission for every question.
Got it. DAOT, is it OP as it is in Lore. Or being made wakened? Becaues DAOT was some shiiiiiiiit. There is a reason I call it the Era when Humanity made Anime real.

The Dark Age is weird in this quest. You will find the odd Tier 10 and above relics but due to the sheer amount of time since it, they will be rare and instead you will tend to find things that are roughly on Tier 7/8 levels. Note that the tier system is not a precise measure of Impact but instead of complexity. A tier 10 technology can be weaker than a tier 5 in a certain edge case.

Also, the Dark Age stuff is the second Highest stuff you will find second only to Necron relics. Its going to be usually above Aeldari relics due to them having very few relics that you can actually research and those tending towards the weaker/simpler end.

However, I will say that some Dark Age artifacts like the Golden Throne are going to be Tier 10+ to understand due to the sheer insanity of the Dark Age. They won't be common nor easy to get but they do exist.

That beings me another thing. How bad was the Iron War? Time tech existed, reality to data was very much a thing, and Sun Eaters exist. So, how fucked was it? And did it effect the original Emps?

The Iron War, was basically second only to the original War In Heaven. With the Aeldari so self absorbed the war spiraled far out of control, basically a little under three percent of the galaxy ended up deleted from time and space, the warp was carved off of another few percent, a good number of stars were turned into Dyson spheres or star lifters. Basically no matter how bad you think it was it was worse.

It did affect Emps badly, it was a war on such a scale that he was meaningless in the face of it. The Iron Minds commanding the forces of the MoI quickly figured out methods that could snipe potent psykers across light years. Basically, Emps was made impotent and he could only watch as humanity came extremely close to the edge of extinction. So yes, The Emperor was massively affected by the Iron War.

How did mankind survive that even?
Did some lf the AI stay loyal or was external intervention?
