I don't really think we need a surname right now. We have no family with which we would be associated. Perhaps this will change in the future? I want to leave the choice of the last name for this moment.

I feel obligated to vote for one relating to a suggestion I made. But Decided to go with a blended one, though the Rosa is derived from more then just apples. Malus I'll give as being apple related, though would make for an interesting last name.
