Those powers are a bit too limited and specific. They can't work in their current form

I assume you meant him to have other powers from before the artifact? If so it could work

How does this look?
Should be noted you won't be some amorphic energy orb, but a being infused with solar power. You would have existed before,and infused with the power of the flare. You could change the vote to include your former origin, or it can be a vote in the last part if you win

Bah there go the shenanigans of attempting to go through life as a non physical attempting to use illusions to bluff being normal. :p
Shame if it means losing flight/levitation as Flying Artilery is a superhero staple for a reason however still a lot of potential in photokinesis and intangibility.

Yeah sorry for that. I intially thought both of you meant energy orb as a title or superhero name that relates to his powers. Only when I reread it again when tallying I understood you meant a literal energy orb, which doesn't really fits the story(it is a good premise for another quest though. Maybe I will do it some other time)

My idea was that Uottin floats around to move. I apologize for not putting that in the plan.
Well, If you want to keep this plan, that idea can work if you switch the energy orb with an alien that was caught in the solar flare energy and gained powers.

Or you can do something else. The energy orb I will sadly have to veto, as well as creation in the solar flare. It just can't fit my plans

Can you post a list of things that are allowed or are not allowed? That would be helpful in coming up with a plan that would work. Sorry for the trouble.
 
Speaking of I do like the orb but when its the only option that hasn't been vetoed I don't think its good for voting.

No points for guessing what I'm plagiarising here. I figure putting a refugee from space nazi's among the actual nazi's will offer a fair few hooks. Powers are straight forward, however that also means more efficient than something more complex.

Links into the return of magic storylines as well as being able to justify getting involved in stuff from sheer curiosity, and you know, Science! Powerwise, equipment and removable make this very cheap and versatile, although we may have problems should we be caught without it.

This time you were tasked with the exploration of newly discovered terrestrial planet. You were given a ship capable of hyperspace travel and sent on your way. Putting in the coordinates you were sure this would be another uneventful and dull trip. Unfortunately your ship decided that it would rather malfunction than work properly. You were trapped in hyperspace for what was simultaneously an eternity and a second before barely managing to escape. The good news is that you have arrived at your destination, the bad, your ship is wrecked and it appears that A LOT of time has passed since you embarked on your journey. There are now sentient creature inhabiting this planet, and you are stuck here.

So yeah this was my original idea and it took some time to really put together in a semi coherent manner. We are a space man who has abilities that have left him an outcast in his society. We are sent on a mission, it goes terribly wrong and we are now stuck in Earth after our ship no longer works. I wasn't sure about what kind of power the character should have, so I decided on specialized telekinetic control over the 4 elements(I'm a fan of Avatar). Should make us powerful but no so powerful. We could still get killed by a gun or something and our body is basically baseline human level.

I'm not married to the power but I am regarding the character.

Origin requirements
Can you post a list of things that are allowed or are not allowed? That would be helpful in coming up with a plan that would work. Sorry for the trouble.
It is alright, I think it can be a good things to have. So, here we go

Requirements of character:
1)humanoid body. You don't have to look exactly like a human, but things like an orb of energy or a superintelligent shade of blue are not allowed.
2)you need to have some sort of combat ability. This could be derived from a thing other than your powers, but having a non combat outsider superhero character in the the 1920 Germany will end badly.
3)you can't have a major former knowledge human society. Basic knowledge is okay, but having mapped out Berlin and surveyed the current state of Germany not. You have knowledge of an outsider, though you may be an educated one
4)you must have had existed before arriving on earth, Or have another source from which you have gained your skills, knowledge, and at least extremely basic knowledge of life(not human society knowledge, but really, really basic things, which most would learn as child's in one way or another).
5)lastly, your powers need to be able to work in the Mutants and masterminds rules, simply because they are the mechanics used to run the quest


There is no ban on human characters though, as long as they come from outside human society, from somewhere unknown to the rest of the world

Also, it is interesting that every plan is based on alien origin. It is the type of superheroes I am the least experienced with, so I might have difficulty to handle this. It shouldn't be that terrible, and will probably improve with time, but do note that there might be a few problems at first

Chaos theory isn't like how so many people understand it, the fact that butterflies outnumber hurricanes by so much should be a clue that not every butterfly flap can make a hurricane. In order to prevent something like the Holocaust you need to address the conditions that made people willing to do it, not just scapegoating one person.
-[ ] The Tachyon Manipulation Suit is a miracle of engineering, while travelling back in time or scanning the future requires more power and external equipment that you left behind, you're still capable of slowing others to the point of freezing, super speed, destructively aging obstacles and predicting incoming punches and bullets.

Overall, I don't think there would be much problem with anything that would fit in a normal comic book setting. There is plenty of stuff still available, like angels, elementals, wizards, people from another dimension, and plenty others.

If you are not sure about something, ask. It should be noted though that @Oshha has the final say about whether something is allowed in the setting

It could work. This period of time could be mostly legend in the time you come from, or you didn't know when you will end up and so didn't research the era

Our character has to have basic knowledge beforehand. If the scientist found us and we had no knowledge/memories but our name it wouldn't be valid. Also can we use our powers in our humanoid form? Or only when we are a ball?

I will extend voting a bit, since there are only a 4 votes and I don't like closing such an 8mportant vote with so little. Hopefuly there will be more, but I will close this in 5 hours either way.
