If we're going to take the offer, we should probably go for the planes. Island nation, remember? And as for the blackmail, I'm willing to overlook it for such a ludicrously good deal. Getting this much firepower normally would take us one to two years, and ten times as much money.

The Air Force needs fighters, they offer them and we apeas them too.
Without some kind of working relation to the big powers this little experiment of a nation will fail.

If we have mixed divisions it'll be much better. after all war builds up a companionship or comradeship. so will help bridge the gap between our people and because people in nations look more favorite on other people who fight and die for their country. so it will help bridge the gap between our groups. Also itprobably lower the risk of revolution from the native population.
We need them fighters more than we need them tanks. honestly tanks are not going to be good for us since we're island nation we'll be fighting more likely on our own island than we are to fight on other people's land after all we don't have a way to invade other people with nations because we need a naval force that for that. And we can just buy tanks. other nations are not willing to sell fighters.

I couldn't find any good numbers but as your military orients itself heavily on the makeup of the Bavarian Empire's military pre-war, your division looks like this:
- 2 Infantry Brigades (each holds two regiments of infantry)
- 1 Cavalry Brigade (holding two regiments)
- 1 Field Artillery Brigade (holding two regiments); currently only as "training" units as you lack the guns for it.

No, you would call in volunteers of the "B" category. Meaning people who aren't in perfect health condition but still volunteered.

Sorry, but you have to choose the initial units. Either separated or mixed.

We're an island. Planes are vital for scouting nearby seas against invasion, and even if they go obsolete the pilots we will able to train will not.
