Star Wars the Clone Wars: A Padawan's Tale (A CK2/Adventure Quest in the Clone Wars) Complete.

The Divide 1
The Divide 1:

The Temple was on fire.

Maybe not a literal fire, but on fire nonetheless. The disturbance in the force, and the gathering of younglings, Padawans, and a few very mad knights gathering before the elevator to the Jedi council chamber, and every Jedi security guard, both temple security and a few master that were off duty were standing guard to prevent a breach of protocol that the younglings wished to breach.

Now, of course, such a demonstration was not entirely unearned, unnatural, or even uncommon in the history of the Jedi order. There have been several protests among the youth for a variety of reasons over the centuries, most of the time about the age of Padawan choosing, and the rights of those who did not wish to remain in the order, especially when they were forced to give up the lightsabers they had earned.

But they were never this violent… well…

Not violent, but the brawl that was about to start was… well no one would die. There was far too much restraint among the jedi, and their respect for life and each other for death to occur.

"Reform the Order!"

"We are peacekeepers of the Galaxy! Not Soldiers of the Republic!"

"Why must the Jedi Order give half of the Charitable donations we recive to the Republic in Taxes!"

"I have emotions, they do not control me, so why must I forsake them!?"

"Love is not evil, nor does it lead to the dark side!"

"Reven did nothing wrong!"

They were the more colorful chants that you're heard as you and Master Kenobi gathered yourselves.

"By the force?!" Master Kenobi said… as he tried to sound calm. This was not good. A riot in the temple, just barely under control!

There hasn't been a riot like this since that fiasco on Korriban three hundred years ago! But than again, you didn't think that something like this could get violent.

"Skywalker for the Council!"

And at the head of the mob. Was very pissed off Anakin Skywalker.

Oh no. This could get violent.

And the Council might not stand a chance.

And the knights were just standing there, watching it happen, not choosing a side… for some reasons. You assumed politics or just didn't want to get involved. It was between the old men and women in the tower, and the young ones who were… exposed to the galaxy… and it's a great change.

The war robbed them of their innocence… made them wish to change the order so that it would never happen again.

And maybe get a few more things that would help the order in the future.

Master Kenobi gave a sigh. "Of course it was Anakin."

What do you do:

[]Go to the Council: You will need to figure out what the council thinks of this.
[]Talk to Anakin: You need to find out why Anakin would risk his future in the order by joining the riot here?
[]Find Ahsoka: Ahoska isn't in the crowd? Where is she?
[]Try to calm the Riot: You have a bad feeling about this. So you're going to ask Master Kenobi to calm everyone down.

AN: Enjoy.

WE DO NOT NEED A SCHISM RIGHT NOW
WE DO NOT NEED EXTREMIST MUDDYING THE WATER

[X]Go to the Council: You will need to figure out what the council thinks of this.

I am genuinely going to see what the fuck the old men think of this because that way we can at least see the line in the sand

EDIT: Changed my Vote.

EDIT 2: Changed my Vote again.

Again they make valid points. It's hard for the Padawan who have seen past the ivory walls of the Order to not speak up about it. The Galaxy has passively fucked them for the longest time and change is needed. Also 50% of donations to the Republic? Who the fuck came up with this law?

"Reven did nothing wrong!"

Also...maybe not the best slogan considering what is going on.

I think its the perfect Slogan for whats going on...Revan was likely one of the Smartest and most effective Jedi to ever live.
The parallels between Revan and Anakin are a thing to be feared. Revan was brilliant yes but he also brought the republic to its knees. He is a very controversial figure and it is deserved.

Edit: The hordes of Padawans being led to revolt against their masters bears a bit of resemblance to the time where Revan took half the order to war against Mandalor and then proceeded to become the Sith Emperor

On top of that, both us and Obi Wan think their concerns are somewhat legitimate. Calming the riot gives us some measure of psychological leverage when we speak to the Council afterwards [on their behalf?].

We need to cool down the situation.

If the populace see this it will humanize the jedi and probably get us some good PR. Who knows maybe we'll be called the Young Jedi

Farewell, Master
Farewell, Master

Massani-Temple on Yavin 4, Headquarters of the Rebel Alliance, 0 BBY

(Laron POV)

Breathe in. Breathe out. Find balance...concentration...peace...

It was hard. Far harder then usual. After what you felt a few hours ago - this agonizing, deafening Cry of utter Terror, Pain and Fear in the Force - finding the Balance necessary to properly meditate did not come easily to you. Especially not after you, or rather the Rebellion, had found out what exactly happened.

Alderaan...was gone. Destroyed. Annihilated. Billions of innocent Lives, eradicated in an instant. That Senator Bail Organa and his Family had been among them only further increased the Pain you felt at the thought.

You haven't felt this bad since Malachor...and even then it was still a bitter feeling.

Bitter, is that all you have left to give...that feeling and a lightsaber.

You breathe in. You breathe out. Struggling to find balance.

And its seems to work. The Force flows through you like a Stream.

But suddenly...something is shifting. You furrow your brow as you feel the Force flow in a different Direction. And then...you hear it. An igniting Lightsaber...and the cold, metallic Voice of the Man who had once been one of your best Friends.

"I have been waiting for you, Obi-Wan. We meet again at last."

"Oh...Master run...run.." It was all you could say...all you could do.

"The Circle is now Complete. When I left you, I was but a Learner. Now I am the Master!"

"Only a Master of Evil, Darth."

Despite the seriousness of the Situation, you still couldn't help but feel a brief flash of amusement. No matter how old he got, leave it to Master Kenobi to turn the Boasts of an Enemy against them with one simple sentence.

And yet you knew it was the end...no matter what the certain finality was coming, there would be no grand escape or battle this time.

It was all or nothing and this wasn't like Mustafar...Obi wan didn't have any tricks left.

Indeed, you could feel how your Master was being pushed back under Vader's relentless Assault.

"Your Powers are weak, old Man", the Sith Lord taunted.

But what your old Master replied next made you flinch in surprise.

"You cannot win, Darth", Obi-Wan said calmly. "Strike me down...and I shall become more powerful then you can possibly imagine."

It couldn't be...Strike down and become stronger that's lunacy?

You could feel the two continue their fight until they were locked against each other in a Stalemate. Neither of them gave ground...but it was clear that Vader was gaining the upper hand. It was only a matter of time.

But then...you heard another Voice.

"Ben!"

Once more, you felt surprise flow through you as the Image of a young boy with blonde hair and dressed in white clothes like they were worn on Tattooine appeared in your mind.

Who was this boy? And why was he with Master Kenobi?

"Master...Run..."

It was all you could do now...plead to you master to see sense and reason.

But instead, another Image appeared in your head. Your Obi-Wan and Vader were locked in their Stalemate, Lightsaber to Lightsaber, with no chance for any of them to get away. Then, Master Kenobi turned his head. You knew that he was looking at the young Boy...but you also couldn't help but feel that he was at the same time looking at you as well.

And then...he smiled.

Your breath caught in your throat. It was a warm, fatherly smile, one that you had often seen on his face when he looked at you. But there was also a note of sadness to it...and you could almost hear his Words through the Force, aimed both at you and the Boy.

"I'm sorry... Farewell, my Padawan."

"Obi-Wan..." You said calmly as you felt the severance of your bond...the quiet feeling of goodbye death always brings.

"No..." You said.

"Run Luke...Run."

Luke was the Boy's name...a quiet feeling came over you as you tried to remember.

Then, it came to you. Hadn't Anakin and Padme told you...that they were planning to name their Child Luke if it was a boy?

It can't be...Bail said that Padme died along side them.

And yet...around the same time, his own daughter Leia had been born...and Obi-Wan had gone to Tattooine...

Had they lied? Had they faked their deaths so protect the Children from Palpatine's and Vader's grasp?

You gave a small smile. "For a man who hates lying and Politics...your good at both Master."

"You don't know half of it, Laron..."

You nearly jumped up out of shock. "M-master...?!"

The Voice did not return. And yet...you knew that you had not imagined it.

And that made the weight upon your heart just a bit lighter.

You opened your eyes and stood up again. You could feel that soon, the Rebel Alliance would receive very important Visitors on Yavin 4...of both the good and the bad kind.

And No..you were still trying to get RID of Exar Kun's Spirit...

Can't have your guest getting wispers of the Dark Side on his first day of training.

Now if only Master Aggruvva left clearer Instructions on how to Exorcise a Sith Spirt. You've been through several temples aready.

Then again, Barriss took Most of Aggruva's work when she went missing with Admiral Thrawn and you couldn't find Aggruva or Yoda...so you had to work with what you had.

You looked back one more time on your Meditation-Chamber and smiled softly.

"Farewell...Master", you whispered.

Then you left the Room. There was much to be done.

[X]Try to calm the Riot: You have a bad feeling about this. So you're going to ask Master Kenobi to calm everyone down

Lets try and prevent things from detonating right now.

Regarding trying to calm down the riot... I don't think its feasible right now given Skywalker is leading it..

Best bet to get through to him is Ahsoka.. And she's not here.

[X]Talk to Anakin: You need to find out why Anakin would risk his future in the order by joining the riot here?
