Well I went for the couple of days option partly to steal more stuff from Max, but also to give us a bit of time to test our powers more, so I think a pet shop would be the easiest place to grab some mice or hamsters etc, as they are usually fed to snakes etc.... Alternatively if Theo gets discovered or attacked he could try to test his powers that way but it seems very risky to do so.
Part of me wants him to stumble across Spitfire and share food with her and gain an ally.
