[] Support Chiyome in taking down the Beast. Wear it down and keep hitting it hard. Blow it apart and never let up!
"Go! Assassin!" you roared as your Servant dashed forward just as the Beast answered by unleashing spikes of corrupted mud down at her. Chiyome was able to dodge and weave through them before shooting straight at the maw of the Beast.
You held up your hand and etched a rune on her back as she moved. Her body surged with power as she drew her sword to slash down at her foe. The Beast clashed with her using several tendrils before swinging her back down. Her body hit the ground but she landed on her feet, sliding back as you finished weaving runes in the air.
Flames danced and flung themselves at the monstrous abomination, its twisted crown snuffing out the magical energy from your spell. You etched a rune on Assassin's sword before she ran once more. She dodged left and right, detonating a smoke bomb as a massive spike pierced through the cloud of smoke where she should have been.
However Chiyome simply grappled upon the spike to launch herself up, only to pull herself downwards and meet the monster's tendrils as it roared at her. She cut and sliced through the tendrils while you augmented her strength from afar. She was able to break through the volley of spikes and leave a burning slash upon the Beast's visage.
You then held out your hand as your magic circuits flared up, "Pull!"
An invisible force pulled Chiyome away from the monster as it burst with a pulse of energy. Corrupted mud churned within the Throne Room as Assassin fell down on her feet. You watched her turn to you and nodded.
"I'm fine. I can keep fighting," Assassin said as the Beast moved. It lunged and forced you both to dive out of the way. Rolling to recover, you palmed the ground and siphoned a bit of Magical Energy from the Pyramid before creating glass swords, firing them at once and having them shatter against the Beast's face.
It turned to you before you felt your mind quiver from meeting your gaze. You smiled as you ran back and had it chase you. Opening its maw, it belched forth a wave of mud as you swept your arm against a pillar and shattered it. Debris fell and you ran your magical energy through it, the air crackling with power.
"Golem!" you roared as the pieces of rubble reformed into a humanoid appearance. It then lowered itself as you ran up towards it, allowing it to throw you overhead as the flood of corrupted mud swept it away.
Assassin had jumped right behind the Beast's head and was soaring towards you, you grabbed on to her as the two of you fell down unto your foe's head. You and Chiyome began working as you etched your runes on the surface of the crown while she tossed sealing tag after sealing tag upon the crown before she kicked you off.
A pulse sent you flying back, tumbling along the ground as you and Chiyome looked up to see the Beast unleash a pulse of energy. It howled for a moment before explosions rocked its head and knocked it right on the floor. It growled and raised its head before muddy tendrils shot out of its neck and attached themselves into the ground and walls.
It howled as it began to siphon energy from the Pyramid itself.
The ground began to bubble with magical energy and corrupted mud, only for a figure to step out of it. A Blackened Servant came to existence dragging a heart shaped Spear by herself as she leaned on it. Her entire body was broken and corrupted but she still held her weapon in her hands. The Beast screamed and the Blackened Valkyrie screamed along with it.
She rushed towards Chiyome who was ready for her strike. The spear was deflected but the Blackened swung down. Chiyome sidestepped it and deflected it to the side. The two Servants exchanged blows as sparks danced in the air before Chiyome managed to knock her spear down. Stomping on the Spear, Assassin thrust her sword straight through the Blackened's chest before tearing it out.
Jumping over the Blackened, Chiyome then stabbed backwards, splitting open the Blackened's chest and forcing her body to dissipate. The Beast shuddered upon the Blackened's destruction and was torn off the connection it had with the Pyramid. It roared while Manaka raised an eyebrow.
You quickly pricked your thumb and began drawing on the ground, "Assassin! I'm going to need your help later!"
"With what?!" Chiyome hissed as she glanced at you before dodging an attack from the Beast.
"We're going to try exorcising that thing. I'm sure you know a few mantras to get rid of Evil. It won't hold a Beast of Humanity but it should give us some time to do something else," you told her as you glanced at Manaka, "Manaka wants us to play along her stupid game. But I'm not playing it. She wants me to be a Hero, right? But I'm not interested."
"Hans?!" Chiyome blinked before she was forced to slice apart several tendrils coming down on her.
Manaka stared you down before her eyes widened, "No. No that's not how you play!"
"Curse," you breathed as you let blood spill from the wound from your hand. A presence filled to the brim with cold dread began to weigh behind your back as more of your blood fell to the ground. A haunting presence whispered into your ear even when it had no voice. It caressed your flesh even if it had no hands to touch you. It blew cold wind though it had no need to breathe.
It was formless, a Devilish curse which would do your bidding for a price. You had used a similar ritual when facing Archer's Master.
It seemed that despite what she said, Manaka and that monster were still connected. The little liar... But you've unnerved her, she can't play her game without her Protagonist. Now all you had to do... Was follow through.
The Beast cannot be beaten, it cannot be killed, it was an Evil of Man which the World and Alaya would no doubt respond to. But you didn't have to beat it or kill it, you just have to hurt it... Failing that, strike fear into the one holding its leash.
"I'll show you just how petty I could be," you snarled as your blood turned black, a prompt for your offer to be accepted.
"Hans!" Manaka shouted.
You needed time... So you'll just hand out your own, hand over fist.
