Elven Empire Quest (CK2)

Its better to build a better connection with her mother letting her do the naming while our second born would get the name Logon.

[X] Let mother do it.
We need to mend our reletionship with mother, also we shouldn't name our kid after our father otherwise we should simply name him Atlas for the burden he would have to bear.

[X] Let mother do it.
Given the recent infertility troubles of the elves, will this happy accident help or hurt our future marriage prospects?

The question is, would letting our mother do it actually mend our relationship with her in any way, or would it be just us dumping the problem on her, showing our disinterest in the child?

Hurts political marriages. The kid is your firstborn, and while he's very technically a 'bastard', legally he is Aldegard's child belonging to Aldegard's house.

As a note on this vote: IF a supermajority of votes to name the boy wins (at least 60%), I will take the plurality winner among them. IF it merely has majority, Mava will name the boy. IF Mava naming him has majority, well...

[X] Logon
...I'm uhh. I gotta say, however the dice chose to throw a baby into our laps went that was...Interesting.
...TBH given the weird 'went monk went hedonist' thing our girl's got going she's clearly not keen on being the 'dark queen' to our sister's 'pure maiden'.

Isn't she? I think she's clearly the first dark elf in the making. Cold-hearted, skilled in magic, likes to fuck? Those seems like defining traits.

You forget, by the end of this extended creation period she will have spent nearly a hundred years in the wastes, rather severely affected by it. She'll even have the ashen tone to her skin.

Aldegard calls the child Logon, her beautiful bright boy. She keeps him close to her, at first, restraining from raucous behavior in his presence and disabusing any of the notion that they may in her stead. He is a rare light for her, and she is jealous of his attentions, stealing any trick that makes him coo or burble for herself and exhausting it of all use before long.

In this way, Logon learns early that Aldegard will give him almost anything he desires as soon as he finds himself fancying it. Assured of his specialness, he does not curb this behavior with others when he grows old enough for supervised play. Naturally, this leads to problems. Logon has begun striking, biting, and screaming down those who do not give what he wants; not only his rare age-mates who deny him, but also his aunt and grandmother, and a time or two even Aldegard herself...

[] Let the boy be, he will grow out of it.
[] Try to steer his energy towards something more productive.
[] Try to curb his outbursts.
