-The gang's disorganized, fractious, and disobedient nature needs to come to an end. Catra has bigger goals than to merely be another boss of the Crimson Waste. Thus it's time to reform the gang into a proper military organization: instilling proper military discipline and training into them to make them an effective and reliable arm of Catra's empire.
