Isn't Manaka from Fate/Prototype? She tried to summon a Beast, or something?
I just barely recognize the name.
If this is, in fact, that Manaka, then all you need to know is that she's crazy
(in a probably Yandere way, but at the very least a "kill her family to summon the Beast of Revelation" way) for Saber prototype.

[X] "Hey Berserker, was it? Any advice here? Is this normal? She's looking at me weird."

I think chatting with Berserker is a decent alternative here. He's actually cordial if he fight with Saber is any indication.

What that says to me is that we need to be very careful about Manaka, ally or no.

[] "Friends, huh? Then I can take that as you not being my enemy? Sorry, I just have to make sure. I have a bad experience with body snatchers."
I'm leaning away from this option. It seems... unlikely to go well.

[] You have a baaaaaad feeling about this one. Even Berserker seems wary of her. Make up an excuse and beat a hasty retreat.
This is my personal reaction, to someone who wants to summon a Beast. Hans... I'm not sure if this is his reaction.

[] "Hey Berserker, was it? Any advice here? Is this normal? She's looking at me weird."[/B]
This is what I think that Hans might feel. It seems like Berserker's Master is Manaka's host, and Berserker therefore has a stake in this.

[] "Friendly, aren't you? Is that really wise? We just met after all. Plus I didn't free you for charity, just dialogue between us. Though, this isn't that bad either."[/B]
I don't like this. I don't know why I don't like this, but I don't like this.

[] "How... How much do you exactly remember, Miss?"
I feel like this is just asking for Bad Things(tm) to happen to Hans.

[] "Hey Berserker, was it? Any advice here? Is this normal? She's looking at me weird."

Yeah I want to stay on stay in the side of the beast summoning psycho right now so let's keep talking and see how this goes.

Based on the logic in my last post, this is my choice.

She has more or less a complete lack of empathy for other people, literally only cares for Arthur/Artoria, and was perfectly willing to end the world because that's what she thought Arthur wanted. Compounding this is that she was born with a connection to the root, giving her borderline omniscience and magical ability surpassing that of most Casters. And is counted as a Beast. There's a reason she was able to completely dominate the first proto war, only losing because she was too distorted to understand how much of a problem Arthur would have with feeding children's souls to the grail. Or the Beast of Revelation bit.

That said, she was significantly less malevolent in Fate/Labyrinth, where she was possessing someone like she is now. Though she had Artoria as a servant then, so that might have something to do with her coming back later and helping the heroine.

TLDR: She's not to be trusted, but she would utterly destroy us if she feels like it. Don't poke the god-bear and try to keep her interested or amused. We'll probably have to kill her later though. Also, she's half of Beast VI, feel free to start screaming.

[X] "Hey Berserker, was it? Any advice here? Is this normal? She's looking at me weird."

Oh god it's this lady. Man the thought of having to ally with her gives me goosebumps. Definitely the temporary ally of convenience at best.

I... I cannot help but feel like you're ignoring your own advice by ignoring her to ask Berserker his opinion.

I mean talking to her should keep her from murdering us first right? with a berserker, we could point her at another enemy and hope they kill or injure each other to the point that we can take them? a frontline berserker and intelligence collection assassin doesn't sound like a bad combination.
and if she's nearby we could work on a way of freeing Kirishima.

[] "Hey Berserker, was it? Any advice here? Is this normal? She's looking at me weird."

This could also be something she finds entertaining and avoids her killing us in the short term (provided Berserker doesn't tell us to run and we get a bad end) and it doesn't rule out cooperation.

I can't make up my mind can someone please give me arguments for and against?

Switching to this. Honestly people, let's humor the crazy lady for now. We're not currently sure if she has enough of a sense of humor to take us talking to Berserker like that with good humor.

Oh shit oh fuck oh doom on us, why the hell is she here?

Glad to see your boy Beowulf is a lovely conversationalist which is always funny to me when compared to the stereotype

I was originally for talking to Berserker, but Impstar raises a good point, Manaka is warped to hell and back, lets make nice with her, yes?

EDIT: Also it would be darkly hilarious if we ally with Manaka to fight Team Edelfeldt

Yes and no. Manaka's perception of reality is, as mentioned before, really distorted. This is the sort of thing that would probably amuse her or at least not anger her. That said, you have a point so I'll change my vote.

"Call me Manaka," the girl said as she placed a hand on her chest, "Let's be friends, okay?"
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA-

But Hans hasn't read Prototype spoilers so:

I hope this is the right call.

[X] "Friends, huh? Then I can take that as you not being my enemy? Sorry, I just have to make sure. I have a bad experience with body snatchers."

I feel like her original incarnation is less actively malevolent and more an issue of ends justifying means coupled with no sense of scale.

She can be worked with, no reason not to try right?

Ya might want to look at your vote again seems kinda passive-aggressive (although I don't know her character besides being proto-Illya so maybe she approves of that)

[X] "Hey Berserker, was it? Any advice here? Is this normal? She's looking at me weird."

This is a meme vote just like the one with the snakes, you people pick something responsible.

Okay, this is my analysis of the voting options, do with it what you will:

[] "Friends, huh? Then I can take that as you not being my enemy? Sorry, I just have to make sure. I have a bad experience with body snatchers."

She will probably reassure us that she's a friendo, which means absolutely nothing, except for us revealing something about our past without her having to do the same.

[] You have a baaaaaad feeling about this one. Even Berserker seems wary of her. Make up an excuse and beat a hasty retreat.

I'm not sure she would let us go, and she has a Berserker. If she does, it's a little bit of a lost opportunity all the same.

[] "Hey Berserker, was it? Any advice here? Is this normal? She's looking at me weird."

Beowulf might not care that his Master is getting ridden like a meat toboggan upstream the river Styx. If he does care, well, she still resides in the body holding Command Seals. He would help us only if he cares about his real Master and we would present him with a clear opportunity to restore her.

[] "Friendly, aren't you? Is that really wise? We just met after all. Plus I didn't free you for charity, just dialogue between us. Though, this isn't that bad either."

Maybe. Establish you did what you did out of self-interest and don't care who she is as long as you can establish a working relationship. Allies of convenience.

[] "How... How much do you exactly remember, Miss?"

Again, maybe. Fish for the info under the pretext of getting to know each other better, but take initiative and get as much from her while giving as little as we can get away with.
