Of course, but it's usually dangerous in a more state-preserving direction because it derives its power from the existence of the state. The civil wars might rage and pestilence can go through the land, but as long as the taxman comes, the state still stands.

I'm in full support of the decentralized cultural victory. I'd rather have diplomatic power spread through our upper crust than physical power over the close countryside that will probably get consolidated. Along with that I'd like to keep our power decentralized by supporting the Onenemekene who will drive the conflict and dynamism of our culture while the support for the priesthood allows for more cultural unity.

I agree with the above.

its almost been a month now... not quite necromancy I think.... thats at least a month since it last updated right? anyway this quest ceased again?

yeah i don't really have an excuse my muse is just incredibly random and i am incredibly lazy (what kind of muse do you need to write about a bunch of states anyways...?)

i'll try and write an update though, the good part of running a quest that is essentially a historical summary is that the only hard part of it is making up votes lol

your's is not the best quest I have participated in but it is also far from the worst :D but ya I know the feeling I stopped writing these because I am the same way XD just can't keep up the desire to do these lol.
