Eh, Dr Light already has Rock for his achievement. Rather Polendina has his own thing instead of forcing achievements.
If Light made Roll, then she's frozen in some iceburg somewhere like we were. We might be going to find her, who knows.
Blues was made BEFORE Rock. So he very well could already be alive and just be out there exploring the world.

The doctor nodded. "Alright Rock, before we get started with the important bits that I have to go over, I want you to self diagnose, see if any of your firmware is damaged."

"I doubt that very much," Poledina stated. "I believe that some machines are alive, and can be made such. You look alive to me and you were probably alive to Dr. Light as well, so your choices do matter to me."

Think getting camouflage first seems like it makes sense since it would let us blend in with humans and so would likely be allowed to go out in public.
