Fate/Stay Night: Unbound Hero (FSN/???) Quest

Chapter 2.1
Rias Gremory.

The daughter and second child of the Gremory Family. She became the heir after her brother, Sirzechs, became the Satan Lucifer, losing his right as heir to the house. The woman who has the resolve to end the war between Devils, Angels, and Fallen Angels. For her to actually do this, she needs to become the strongest Devil out in the world.

But... As she looks at her closest friends/allies in the Occult Research club that she handcrafted beautifully... And smirks. Though in the very depths of her mindset, she knew that she needed someone that could change the very fabric of the stalemate she was in. She needed someone that could bolster her small, albeit sorta powerful, gathering of allies. She needs....

A Gamechanger.

(Meanwhile, back at the Hondou household....)

You blink awake, slowly rising from your slumber as you yawn, thankfully waking up Issei from his dream as you hop out of bed. Getting Gae Bolg, you head downstairs and see that his parents are making breakfast.

"Hi-Hi."

"Hm? Oh, hello Rika-San!"

"Morning. What's for breakfast?"

"Bacon with Rice, Toast, and butter."

You grin as you get a nearby plastic bowl, filling it with rice and bacon as you heaf out the door, toast in your mouth as you put Gae Bolg on your back, hidden by your Mana as you simply keep running out in your casual clothing, with a shadow following behind as Issei gets dressed in his uniform.

"Rika!! Wait!! Slow down!! You don't even....."

You barely catch his words as you keep heading towards the nearest learning enviroment: Kuoh Academy. Your speed easily makes you 30 minutes early as you see Reynare, in her Yuuma clothing and presence, standing by the gate, bedgrudgingly awaiting you and Issei. When she sees you, she clicks her tongue in annoyance as she looks at your face.

"Morning... Master. How are you doing this morning."

"Awwww, don't be lile that Yuumie!"

"Tsk..."

This is when Issei would be jogging up, panting in exhaustion as Reynare goes from displeasure to the loving facade she made for killing, now protecting, Issei.

"Morning, Issei."

She plants a kiss on his cheek, as she simply hugs his arm close.

"M... Morning, Yumma-San!"

"Issei~ no need for honorifics. Just call me by my first name."

He chuckles sheepishly as they begin heading towards his and his 'Girlfriend's' classroom, as you go towards the office to enroll in the school. It does take awhile, for you say that you are Yuuma's long lost cousin who just came in back from Germany, as you head out to your classes.

Though...... You gain the sense of feeling someone staring at you from behind.

"...... What a powerful presence...... Who in the world are you, Miss?"

He would go towards a club room door as he begins to go inside and tell his club manager about the new girl.

(Four hours later.....)

You are exiting your third to last class of the day, as you got back dressed in your casual clothing, thankfully having a pass for today. You exit the locker room and head towards the exit for lunch... And then you see a guy standing by the exit as he looks up at you.

There would be a handsome young man with short blond hair, blue eyes and a mole underneath his left eye.

"Oh! You must be the new girl! I'm Yuuto Kiba, President of the Occult Research Club. Mind if you come with me towards the Club Room?"

"..... This could be a ttrick..... But it is your call, Rika. No judgement if you go and it is a trap."

Your mouth lets out a sigh as you think about it.... Do you want to go ththere?

[ ] Yes.
[ ] No.

[X] Yes.
-[X] Ask some casual curious questions to show interest, but nothing too on-the-nose.

Wait, why are people saying no? The Occult Research Club are the good guys, and another avenue for figuring out what's the deal with this world. Saying no just means they'll be a lot more cautious, and we don't want to make enemies.

[X] No.

So much for the Issei option being the stealth option :V

I personally would rather just explore around the setting than tie ourselves to Rias, which really limits where we can go.

If you think Canon and limitations of movement will be a problem.... Then this next person will be something that should eliminate your worries.

Just gonna say now..... I just finished writing the first.... Well, Second Demi-Servant encounter. 1 good, one bad. And oh boy the Demis I rolled to be your allies and enemies....

Hope you guys survive.

*Shifts eyes at one Enemy Servant's NP.*

Iiiif you say so.
I mean he took down the Hydra and wrestled Cerberus for fun. Nothing too strong or weird!
But yeah, bring it! In the wise words of Hercules:
"Raaaggghhh!"

@Gruber dude: So how difficult will it be to gather up XP? Since XP costs only go up with Letter Rank, there's clear incentive to focus on our lower rank skills. However, getting something to Rank A clearly seems like it'll take way too long to be worth it.

Oh, and out of curiosity, how long does the vote still have?

Depending on how encounters go and how strong the foes you face are or how well you guys handle the situation, I say that it will be a bit of a climb, but you could possibly get from 300 XP to 5,000. 10,000 XP for some bosses if ya go looking for trouble and actually win. And the vote has an half hour left.

@Gruber dude: Does Rika know how to summon a Servant? Wouldn't be very useful right now and as-is, but presumably we can use it as the basis for developing something. Mean, Fate/Strange fake is basically all about a half-improvised Grail War that got weird real fast as a result.

Plus, while the Throne of Heroes from her reality is a shattered mess, there's no reason to assume the one connected to Highschool DxD is busted. Cause if the Throne of Heroes was omniversal, then you specifically couldn't get away with destroying it.

So saying it was the one specifically tied to Rika's former home multiverse makes more sense. Though even if there is no Throne of Heroes for us to tap into, we could probably still do something given enough time and effort.

Given how the Throne acts, the one in Highschool DXD would be severely supercharged since there were no human, Devil, or Fallen Angel mages strong or knowledgeable enough to summon it.

Though, if you do call upon it to summon a Servant, I personally think that, for a Demi-Servant, as calling down for once in a generation possible Class Switching.

Though if you do this.... You are bringing forth a way for them all to summon beings stronger than those in this world.

@Gruber dude: So... could we designate someone else as the Master, so there is a physical Servant running around? Though the question is who we should summon, especially since there's no certainty they'll be remotely like their Fateverse counterpart...

Actually, when is the earliest we could begin poking at the DxD Throne of Heroes? Like, definitely not something we should spam, and I still hope for Dragon-Issei because that's awesome.

Though if there are going to be enemy Demi-Servants, then having a proper Servant backing us up would be incredibly helpful. I am incredibly amused by Issei overloading and collapsing if a female Servant asks "are you my Master?", so that'll be fun to watch.
