... I'm unsure if I'm laughing because that looped back to hilarity, or if I'm just nervous laughing at how horrifying that sounds. I do like the idea of Rika being a cross between Sad Clown and Crouching Moron / Hidden Badass.
Like, tries to pretend everything is fine, and even "Willfully Weak" at times. Yet the moment something goes wrong, she freaks out and lashes out at the one responsible. So for example, I could see Rika & Issei teaming up to brutalize Raynare for... spoiler reasons.

More like Crouching Clown, Hidden Rage cause... Berserker. That and I figure she'll always be sad inside (until a character development moment showing that her new friends will always be there for her). Thus, lashing out in rage whenever properly triggered. Which is, admittedly, fitting for someone who drew a Berserker Spirit to them.

We'd be sad yes, but its just another day at Chaldea, dealing with the crazy stuff and the world ending. We can breakdown in private later, but we're on the job now.

Eh, typically Fateverse doesn't really make humans in familiars. The closest is probably Geis magic, which is sorta contractual magic.
Binding Issei probably isn't a good idea for multiple reasons though.
She'll probably just back off entirely, currently, nobody knows Issei has the boosted gear — they think he just has a normal sacred gear.
Not worth getting into a fight or angering an unknown that seems really strong.
We'd probably notice something off about Issei if only because of the extreme level of mystery something like Ddraig should have. If Nasu laws work here at least.

You turn to the voice speaking to you, as your heart is picking up in excitement! Hopefully, a new friend for you to be best buddies with! She raises an eyebrow as she would be trying to read behind your cheerful disposition, as she would turn back to what she was about to do. But, she seems to halt as she sees you staring as she is trying to give the young man near her a "Gift".
".... Mind.... Going somewhere else?"
"Oh.... Uhm...... I... Don't really have anywhere to really.... Go. Maybe I can just be with you guys until I find a place?"
Her eyes twitch as she would almost go to activate something to take care of you with a simple "Decievement"..

But then would see it fizzle out completely by something deep within you that makes her step back in surprise and.... Rather hidden fright. And you sense something within her in return, and a strange presence in the boy.

She looks at Issei, as she is seemingly convinced of something. You only cock your head to one side with a grin upon your face, radiating a wave of pleasantness in your Point of view! But to her... You seem to be the Reaper personified as she weighs her options. She would let the young man's hand go with a saddened frown as she would tap his lips with her index finger.
".... Sorry, Issi. But... My...... Sister, who's sick at home, must be aching for my help. Maybe tomorrow, after school, you and I could..... Probably..... Get around to my 'gift' at my house?"

She would go and walk off, watching you and you alone as she makes her way back "Home". The guy, whom you assume is Issei, would turn to you with a slightly annoyed stare. He sighs as then he would have a soft grin as a greeting.
"You don't seem like you're from around here. Hiya, name's Issei! I'd go into a deeper greeting but.... It seems to be getting late. Maybe we can talk with each other later?"
You chuckle and grin, but then begin thinking. You know that with Skádi's presence within you, you could, in theory, make yourself a home, but.... Maybe you can go with this kind gentleman?

Ehhh, considering we're outgunned in this setting it's not the smartest move(but we've got godhand so we can afford a few mistakes), still it seems like the most interesting option considering staying over at Issei's has been done to death and the other option seems pretty bland.

Tease Build up a relationship with Issei and get the lay of the land first. Besides, we did ruin his 'date'.
We should scout out the leylines and natural features before we make a proper base anyway.
Or at least go for a small base first. We haven't even explored our powers or digested what happened to us.
Edit: Plus, I'd rather save our the true scope of our power for a more meaningful or impressive reveal. We can't escalate much more from building a fortress out of thin air currently
