I think the Difficulty is going to depend on if we show up as a Handful of Faro Bots or as a Blob of Corruption.
If we do show up as Bots then it depends on what kind of Bots we can make or if we can add new Features like Stealth.

Even if the location we show up is abandoned the rest of the country is not, which means we will be spotted at some point. I doubt they are going to think the massive squid is anything but a Ziz Tinker creation. Not to mention I doubt they will be open to us deforesting the place to fuel our expansion. I'm not sure the miles per gallon our Horus gets but my guess is about -30.

Well the biofuel is actually pretty efficient for the FARO Plague....it's just that the sheer numbers of them exhausted that supply pretty quickly during the fall of H:ZD Humanity.

What are the digger called? Burrowers? Either that or design new digger type and maybe an engineer type to tunnel out a honeycomb cave system below Siberia.
With that complete, I'd suggest starting up some kind of ecological program like Gaia did to create recyclable ecosystem we can harvest unseen, minimizing what we take from above ground.

Abbadon is the one interfering to be specific, also this quest is set in 2010 Earth Bet so the actions of the Swarm will have interesting consequences whether for good or ill.
Also keep in mind the Smiurgh exists so any space stuff that is done will have a massive penalty in their success rolls until she is dealt with.

Oh Yes, she totally could wreck our Stuff but she kind of has to stay close to Earth to keep an Eye on Things, with Contessa and now Abbadon doing Stuff.
We just have to get out of Range, probably need a few hundred simultaneous Attempts, and then build up from that.
Even if she could still do something, at least it would make things difficult for Contessa, with how Clairvoyant is limited to Earth.
I mean there are probably ways to deal with Space Stuff but most of it is probably only accessible to a thinking Entity.
