[X] A Civilian is feeling a hero and refusing to drop the loot in the bag.
What is this saying? A civilian is fleeing a hero, or, a civillian is feeling up a hero? Wait, I understand now. [] A Civillian has chosen to be noble and heroic. Refusing to drop your loot in the bag, the Civillian pulls a 'hero'.

[X] The ground is shaking. Hey, was a monster planning to attack today?

[X] What do you mean, we've lost contact with goons 1 and 2 deeper in the bank offices?

All options look good really.
Too bad we can't have All of the above, all at once!

Do keep in consideration that when it comes to combat, Summoning is by far the weakest choice in most situations. If we fight, make sure that we trade effectively.

Just now getting to This Thread, about to start reading but first I need to comment on your poll.
"Because I am Shade, now get on the Shade-train!" Is a great option but I'm sad that we don't have "Because I am Shade, now get in the fucking van!"

The van's more of a @Ars Poetica thing. He's got the vans and the fire thing going on. I've got the trains, the snakes, the plasma and the coffee.

Chapter One. A Bank Robbery Gone Horribly Wrong. Part One.

Rolz Rolling Room.
SCENE: A Bank Inconveniently placed on the path of a Monster.
SCENE DESCRIPTORS: It's a Bank, Mario. Everyone's panicking. The Alarm is Going on Strong. Someone's Having a Bad Time. If you don't move, he might not see you!
FATE POINTS: 3

The ground trembles. Through your mask, you see that it's not due to the blowing and huffing of your boss, but as the civilians' eyes widen, a couple glancing nervously out of the windows, the goons nervously look towards their boss.

Your hell-hound snarls and looks around, as if looking for the source of the tremors so he can juicily bite out of them.

Notice: HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT, PART-TIMER, PART-HERO - You forgot that there's a school test tomorrow, and you should be studying for it. Do you accept this complication for +1 Fate point, or refuse it for -1 Fate point to your pool?

[X] Your phone rings. Your study group is wondering where you are.
[X] Nah, there's no school test. Nobody's calling you.

Outside, a large lizard-like claw slams down on the asphalt, cracking it. The alarms of the bank blare off without further need, and the situation devolves in chaos as the citizens attempt to push through the goons and run off, while the goons try to terrorize them once more into compliance; though terror might not work, not in the face of a giant monster attacking the city.

The ceiling tiles start to fall, the noise temporarily deafening as a large claw of the monster probably shatters a skyscraper in half somewhere over your heads.

As the bank's ceiling start to cave in, you watch the Fabulous Evil Wolf avoid the crumbling walls, even as the blast-proof door caves down with a mighty crash, and reveals the golden goodies within.

You fare just as well, rolling out of harm's way as dust and concrete start to pour down on the spot you had been but a second ago.

"Let the civilians go!" your boss barks to his goons, "Come help me get the money out!"

The goons do just that, but the ceiling is, indeed, threateningly close to caving in.

[X] Obey and help in getting the money out of the bank.
[X] Run out with the civilians. Money isn't worth it if you're dead and can't spend it.
[X] Write-In.

[X] Your phone rings. Your study group is wondering where you are.

Can we summon someone with okay Lore to help us out with our learning?

[X] Run out with the civilians. Money isn't worth it if you're dead and can't spend it.

Page 6, section 18. We are not required to help out in case of Kaiju interruption.

Because of course it does.

Screw this we have a school test tomorrow, which we can't take if we're dead!
