You, along with several others, have been given the task of finding the artifact rumored to be capable of turning the tides into your favor. The Theocracy, while not certain about the truth of such rumors, have decided to act upon it - after all, as the teachings of the Archbishop say,
"those who fear the mysterious beyond will never be able to fulfill their destiny". And though there may be better candidates out there, you were still one of the few who were chosen for this mission.
Of course, you're no slouch yourself.

You have a base of 100 health, and 100 mana.
Health, as obvious as it is, determines your character's total health. If you health turns to 0, you die. But don't worry, there are many ways to recover your health, such as potions, healing magic, resting, etc. In rare cases, some spells and abilities may cost you some of your health.
Mana is a resource that you use up to cast spells (and sometimes abilities too). If you ran out of mana, you can no longer use spells (and some mana-costing abilities). You can recover mana via potions, resting, etc.

Different folks have different ways to tackle life and its obstacles. How do you do yours? What is your class?
[] Warrior - Fighting is what it's all about. No guts, no glory. You like your battles as they come - hard and gritty. Combat with weapons, brawling, and melee battles is where you shine the most. While you may learn a few magic tricks here and there, nothing will feel as comfortable as fighting with your own hard-earned strength.
[] Rogue - You play your battles with your wit. You prefer to fight dirty, and amass advantage over advantage against your opponent. You have an array of tricks ready at your disposal and you're not hesitant on using every single one of them.
[] Mage - Magic is the key. You have a wide array of spells that you utilize and none of them are put to waste. While you may not possess the same capabilities of the two classes above, you can boast your about your magical strength that they can never reach.
[] Cleric - You only fight when needed, and are more of a support unit. You heal your comrades, you bolster their attacks with various magics. While you may lack in some skills in combat, you make up for it by making sure you don't get ran down by your foes - and that is by making your front line as impregnable as can be.
