Okay, there is something I want to make clear about Sherlock's character.
In Fate Grand Order he refuses to join Chaldea despite Chaldea working to save all of mankind. He helps by leaving behind clues and small pieces of information so that the heroes can piece things together themselves without making it easy on them.
Sherlock would not overtly work against us, but would rather leave breadcrumbs so that others can discover the truth and so that they could have a chance at stopping us.

That is a lot more interesting. Also, I am wondering why we want ourselves to win. I am pretty sure that we are not the good guys here.
