All the Rulers have a possible downside. Jeanne is most likely to become biased and will need the most micromanagement. Sherlock is most likely to learn about the Grail's corruption and may wander off at times to find stimulus for his mind. BB is most likely to screw around without our permission and would probably be much more in everyone's face.

I'm glad you are enjoying it! If you do plan on getting into Fate, I suggest watching the Fate/Zero anime first. It is the most accessible (has a pretty good dub, can be found on Netflix or Hulu), is a prequel that is actually better if you DON'T watch the original show first, and gives you the information you need to know right away and is less confusing for new viewers than the other Fate anime (at least that is my experience).

The basics of it is that BB is an AI created by and based on Sakura Matou that was meant to act as a backup for her. She escaped the bounds of her programming (or rather was freed), but was under threat of being erased because of this. She was saved from this fate by the protagonist, and became obsessed with them, trapping them in a time loop within the simulation of the Holy Grail War. It is weird, but in order to end the loop she had to be destroyed.

Fate is one of those series where having things explained to you sometimes just makes it more confusing.
 
It's kind of sweet that the Grail's just accepted it's roommates and doesn't appear to notice that Sherlock will likely notice that the Grail is no longer a one pony show.

So basically the exact same plot as Fate/hollow ataraxia only with the person doing the looping having breasts.
