meh, we will still get the thors, but I chose the balance option to give us a overall benefit...if anything I'm all for making our own faction and do a slow-crawl to eventually get the UNSC annexed into the new Terran hierarchy...yeah sounds bad, and didn't want to go with dominion...unless we just have problems with the current emperor...
though if anything when I said about the colony idea, I meant having a Xel-naga or precursor artifact (the Xel-naga were chosen for the terrans universe's holders of the mantle of responsibility) that transports the system to halo-verse...essentially plugging a random spot with a whole new solar system...also the radiation that helped jump-start the psionic's program is actually higher in halo-verse then the terran space, however all other species are somewhat unable to make user of it (Forerunner bullshittery of devolving their rivals and the rivals allies...fucking forerunners ruined everything!!!)
also I just feel that the magistrate would be a guy, and the name popped from my head...you guys know how bad the confederacy was, whos to say it wasn't as sexist assholery bullshit as well as being a overbearing asshole government system? (lets face it that system was terrible, and as much as that one-bastard made the terran dominion for his own ego...he did provide some stability and a chance for the terrans to really fight back against the zerg and protoss...as well as the UED when they came knocking.)
anyway I'm looking forward to how this new system is going to work...were going to need a world and a base STAT, if anything having our own faction be separate from the UNSC, but also helping in small ways (to keep them from sinking like a damn ship) would help out allot...and once the wars over? HEHEHEHEHEHEAHAHAHAHA!!!!

seriously the Spartan 4 project is a failure in terms of efficiency as well as usage of super-soldiers...as well as how much they FUCKED UP in terms of the game and story-line, seriously...palmer really screwed the pooch when she shot Hasley...I'm surprised the Spartan 2's didn't eviscerate her on the spot (besides Osman, stupid fool), especially the master chief.
He would almost hesitate...stand down after giving her a hell of a beating yes, but NOT hesitate to nearly crush her under his wrath...plus they were completely stupid in not wearing their FUCKING HELMETS!!!
I'm sorry but halo 4 has some decent ideas and cool things...but the fucking infinity? how many fucking destroyers could you make with that bullshit? a M.A.C gun was the only thing that HURT the covenant...so why not insure you have as many out there as possible? and besides, covenant kill's in one shot of a ship, so make more smaller ships that can TRY to dodge or be hard targets to hit...don't make yourself a larger target and then alpha strike the assholes...
the UNSC fucked up with the infinity idea...not to mention the bullshit with the diadect being a genocidal murdering asshat...

I really hate what has changed from halo 3...I though it would be awesome being found and then going back into the damn fray...but this shit?
then halo 5 came out...and I only like to play the game...I thought you could choose the perspective on which side you played as either misguided white-knight ONI or black-knight-like master-chief...I would've chosen the chief on principle...
edited: sorry for the rant people, but halo 4 and 5 really didn't meet my expectations...especially in story-line. seriously, they dropped the ball on that shit, at least we got fanfiction and quest's!
