Much as I hate to say it, we really don't need the ROMA imagery when dealing with Nazis, even if indirectly.

So, they copied the Path of Victory from her right? Does that mean she has a conection to her?

It isn't path to victory.

Empyrean Eye only allows Musashi to 'see' things completely possible to her. It can't tell her: How to do x with y constraint like PtV.

Its more: Dodge an attack and you will have an opening.

Consider it basically instinct but better.
 
maybe Cauldron has Musashi.

i doubt that, though. that would've changed the world considerably. there would be more differences.
 
The exact description of Empyrean Eye is as follows:

"the ability that permits the resolution of a desired result as 'inevitable', by way of committing the entirety of the user's existence to the act of achieving the outcome."

It is a lot more impressive than just a better Instinct, it just so happens that Musashi doesn't normally use it for much more impressive than landing strikes and dodging blows.

Certainly. It just isn't PtV, and it can't allow things impossible to Musashi.

and there is the fact that Wish Upon The Grail fudges destiny. ask Solroman, his Clairvoyance showed immediate change in the future after his wish.
