Clamp actually does really great designs for everything ever. I support Clamp collaboration. The bling and style is off the charts in Clamp works.

I usually hate not using original art for original characters, but tbh none of the other options were my favs out of the pics I shared. And Elsword is a cutie that most ppl don't really know probably.

Also style points.
 
So, once the team all gets their super modes, I'm thinking ours should increase the size and caliber of our blaster and add a bayonet on the end that's big enough that it'd be impractical in real life but not so big that it's too dumb-looking. Possibly some form of flight as well if that's not too broken.

Basically, what I'm saying is we should get Kamen Rider Garren's Jack Form:



Other possible abilities to consider unveiling in the future: splitting our blasts into a spread of smaller ones, using the blaster to "fire" a normally touch-range spell to cast it at range, short-range teleportation(possibly as an application of the spell-firing), dumping a whole clip's worth of energy into ourselves or an ally for a brief(like 10-30 seconds) boost to physical power and speed.

CLAMP's pretty great as a backer. They've got some really fun stuff. Though if we wanted studios and whatnot for the anime, I'd still vouch for either SUNRISE, UFOtable (at least for the battle sequence animations), and/or Studio Trigger.

In regards to different forms we could take for battle, casual, and whichever else we might need during Anime levels of escalation, Elsword's got like 9 different models to choose from. Just saying.

Though this probably has the best fit for the whole Armoured Guy look. Just add in a mask, maybe our Blaster actually looks like a sword somehow, and we Gucci.

It's not like we can't have two. Code Geass had Clamp working on it, they did all of the designs and ED art and iirc even had CG in Tsubasa or Holic. Shit, Suzaku was basically a 'Syaoran Clone/SyaSaku Child in a mech anime'. If Clamp came out and said literally that then I'd believe it whole heartedly. Just another for the pile.
 
As long as we're talking about the anime's production, I just wanna say that I hope this doesn't go the way of those cowards in BAAHSQ.

Seriously, it's a "harem anime girl quest" but there's basically zero harem shit, and none of the stupid trashy garbage you'd expect either. No, the players and GM are coward who aren't proper garbagephiles, and thus say that the anime it takes place in has a huge budget, is amazingly-animated, is respectful to women and the mentally ill, etc. I wanted to riff on terrible tropes and shit!

Then it just turns into update after update of "Ana is really sad and her power level is sooooo biiiiiig". Also massive amounts of worldbuilding on the boring details of the in-universe technobabble. Also incredibly cringey humor; Bread-chan is one of the most cancerous forced memes I've ever heard.

So, with that in mind, I say our show's animation is spotty at best, especially in season 1, and places a somewhat uncomfortable amount of emphasis on the underage heroine's ass, because aaaaanimeeeee.

Remember, if they draw her like an adult, they probably won't get complaints! (on the other hand, the national age of consent in Japan is 13, so ewwwwwwwww (Yes, I know that prefectures have laws that typically prevent people older than 17 from having sex with people below 17, but still, ewwwwwwwww.))

Considering that without a meta window to watch the show itself you will never know what your show's animation looks like? Eh?

But on the other hand, if you really want to riff on trash so bad, make your own quest for it? This is more about story tropes than animation ones, so I guess if you want to headcanon the animation as terrible then you can go right ahead but it will never be referenced as such in the quest. After all, as the rival, you're living it.
