    If his bullets are fast enough, which they very well might be, he might be able to take Armstrong, but Raiden and Sam believe themselves perfectly capable of swatting bullets out of the air, so he can't hurt them. Not to mention that cyborg durability might be too high for the revolver to do anything to. But then again, best handgun ever made.
