So in the chapter "Armor and Policy" when Danny tells Carol that Rachel won't feel comfortable talking to her without Tattletale, Saurial or Raptaur... That can actually be a fatal issue. Attorney Client Privilege only attaches during Confidential meetings. If there's a Third party (like Tattletale, Raptaur, or Saurial) there then the contents of the meeting aren't confidential and aren't protected.
In Chapter 13 of Taylor Varga you have the following quote:
