  • Yep. That was exactly where I got the idea from.

On the note of Mistborn...I'm really loving the meta-plotline that is being revealed across Sanderson's various works. Pretty interesting stuff, although I haven't really dug my heels in for a proper research session yet.

Yeah. I've read the first three Mistborns, but haven't gotten to his other stuff due to Miles Cameron and Max Gladstone's work. The concept of a Mistborn Sci-fi seems AMAZING.

I'm still behind on the newer Mistborn stuff...honestly, Alloy of Law didn't do it for me that much, but I'm going to give it another shot later. You should definitely try the Stormlight Chronicles, though...some of my favorite books of all time. Admittedly, tastes vary, but you'll probably like them if you liked Mistborn...the worldbuilding is simply amazing.
LIfe happened, and I won't be going to College this semester. While this is definitely bad news, It means I'll become active again soon.
Less present than usual. Blame my College. To everyone who RPs/Quests with me or plays Renascence: I'm not dead, just preoccupied.
In Renascence, you never threadmarked On the Way to Dinner Part 2. I mentioned it in the thread, but it never got fixed. Not sure if you missed it or are deliberately leaving it unmarked, but I figured I should mention it.
    Please help!

My older post #3676 in Halkegenia Online Thread 21 (Beach Episode!) is corrupted beyond my ability to repair it (and it cant be accessed via edit function anyway). Can you or someone help me?

...I don't even know how you did that.

That aside, I've reverted it to the last working version. Is that sufficient?
Glad the SAO Arc is over in Renascence. Looking forward to getting back to the main quest once my muse regenerates.

Its not that hard to negotiate, and nanoha is pretty understanding if you explain things in a good manner.

Just dont put your foot in your mouth and itll be fine.

We might not even get that far. Currently in the process of self-destructing with Sayaka.

...you'll need a truly massive transparent tarp, numerous stone towers of varying heights, and the blood of a genocidal maniac.

I'm afraid it will only be enough to stop the rain in one city, though.

I got the last bit on tap.
Saw your post on the ISIS thread.
As someone who lives in a country still scared by the terrorism despite mostly completely gone, I can say it's true what you say (if somewhat exagerated), and I salute you for that.

...God, I can't believe I said some of those things...even if my logic was sound (which it may not have been in some parts)...some of that was still pretty monstrous.

Regardless, thanks for stopping by. It's good to know everyone doesn't think I'm a tyrant now or something. *returns salute*
Sup with the new Avie? did I miss the letter about this new trend?

Remember that Arpeggio Quest Bleach started with me and Rabbit Co-Qming? They decided to play Houston (the ship).

Then yesterday, I went crazy with gimp to give them good character art (which had been in absence up until that point), by editing their favorite at the time. Which resulted in a dozen pseudo-identical cowgirl images.

Then Rabbit made a joke about me being Houston, and the rest is history.
