Mm. It's just something to keep in mind in case we do 'Dark Sonic' in Sonic Adventure: Metarex.

If we did a 'Dark Sonic' with the synthetic emeralds that the Metarex create, then it could open the door to allow Sonic or other characters to access a similar 'Dark Form' / 'Synthetic Super Form' in future games.
