Spoiler: My Guess

Length: Approximately 3 x meter long tiles in Blender (rather cramped)
Width: No narrower than the corridor serving her section, plus 0.5 meters.
Height: Approximately 2/3 of a story, maybe less for the rather thick safeguards.

The Witness For The Dead is another lovely peek into the world of the Goblin Emperor, and I absolutely would recommend it. Though, its ending is somewhat abrupt, but it does all fit together thematically.
