Why do I say better?
Well for starters, I love Vitiate's Apocalypse style monologues as he fights the X-Men, and Valkorion is VERY Quotable.

I don't know who Valkorian is (EDIT: I guess he's the Sith Emperor from an MMO?), but it seems like Sidious' actor is actually having fun with the role in his goofy space wizard campy movie, so I'd say Sidious.

I love Star Wars, but I don't think it should be taken very seriously. It's a silly universe and it's best treated with a certain amount of camp and fun.
