You looked to Yakumo and took a very deep breath. This was going to be difficult. Very difficult. After all, you didn't expect Orochimaru to show up and fucking try and end an alliance with another village.
It seemed rather reasonable considering all things. You had blown Grass to kingdom come, and there was the very likely possibility that you and your team would do the exact same thing again.
No… Orochimaru was acting reasonably, maybe he was just scared out of his mind, and he needed to bring things together.
Actually, you might as well ask. "Orochimaru, why are you here!? Like seriously, shouldn't you be like, being a criminal or an evil genius or something? Or are you just doing this for kicks?
Jiraya for his part, only gasped. "You are trying to talk to someone who is trying to kill you, and you want a reason why?"
"Yes! Why wouldn't I? It'd just make things easier to explain in the debrief." You replied.
Orochimaru for his part only facepalmed. "Are you serious?"
"Yes! I am deadly serious, why are you here? There are literally a thousand other things you could be doing that would make far more sense than just… being here, trying to stop us on this mission. Like seriously, you're one of the biggest badasses in the whole damn continent, why are you here?!"
Orochimaru then folded his arms. "Um Jiraya, I understand that we're not supposed to be Friends, but I agree. He should know."
Jiraya only facepalmed. "Yamato, you should be running away with your team."
"And miss the fight of the century…" You turned back to see the kids already running away. "Not a chance."
Orochimaru sighed. "Really, trying to delay me so the kids could run away. A Plan 28 Jiraya."
"Hey, no using the old crusader plans!" Jiraya said. "That is just cold, and you aren't part of us anymore since you jumped ship."
"How many of us are even left to be mad at me, and before you say Ayako, she forgave me."
You felt like an outside observer. "Um… are we doing this?"
Jiraya and Orochimaru both looked at you. "Shut up Tree Man! This does not involve you!"

You know, things like that."

"If Yamato survives this, the next time we meet, I will tell him about Ayako and Sakumo's wedding night. He'll be an honorary member by that point." Orochimaru said as he finally got ready.

"No… He's in a remarkably good mood today." He replied, more annoyed than scared. "He might just take the kids and run away to whatever hole he's hiding in. So we're going to have to get a little serious here."

Orochimaru than shrugged. "Is he using his time out?"
Jiraya face palmed. "He doesn't know the rules, so don't count it."
"Spoil sport," Orochimaru said. "Alright Yamato, if you are so insistent on dying, what do you-"
"Jiraya, get the kids and leave, finish this mission NOW!" YOu ordered.
"Yamato you are going to-"
"SHUT UP Jiraya, it's bad enough you left Naruto alone, so I am going to do this so we don't have to deal with this shit! Those kids are the only thing that matters to me, so get them out, finish this mission, and go home!"
Jiraya nodded and ran towards the snakes. "And you Snake man!"
"Wow, insults, the most dangerous weapon." Orochimaru mocked. "What are you going to do, talk me to death?"
Naruto had a way with words, but you did not.
"I am going to kill you Orochimaru, or at the very least, beat the shit out of you so that you never threaten my team again!" You stated coldly.
"Really, because many have said that, and all have died." Orochimaru replied as Jiraya took the kids and ran like hell.
"Then you haven't met me." You replied.
"Well this is going to be fun," Orochimaru said with a smile. "So come at me Tree man. Show me the bloodline limit that I put into you, and see if you can be anywhere close to the man who built the world."
Hashirama didn't build this world, he just made it stop moving for a while.
