Hmmm... @Janus, would SCP-247 be fine for a wishlist character? It'd help nullify Terror aura and would be damn funny seeing people try to help the 'harmless young child'.

Not shape shifting, more like constant illusion... I guess something similar to Nice Guy from Worm.

It just changes how everything sees you as. (Ranging from X-rays and those kind of things)

So you'd look harmless and small (a tiger looking like a juvenile house cat) but physically still normal. Some animals can get alerted to their true form, so it'd be safe to say there are plenty of ways around it.
