It's where your magic works.
Unless I misunderstood your earlier post divine power is still locked, which cuts off most of what a Noita can do.

Elemental Manipulation - Invokes the power of the relevant deity, such as discount airbending by invoking Ilmatar, Goddess of the Air. Locked.
Blessings - invokes the power of the relevant deity, like hunting success via Tapio, God of the Forest. Locked.
Changing Weather - Invokes the power of the relevant deity, such as clear clouds via Ukko, God of the Sky. Locked.
Magical Energy - Involves banishing and compelling spirits or hostile mages, helped by knowing their origin and/or name. Not Locked.

There's two types of spirits that aren't deities in SSSS, and those are Troll spirits which routinely go after Mages in the Dreamscape, or ghosts.

Ah. I see.

Your character will be really confused by sprites/spriggans, huh?

Reward-Locked. It will be allowed once you get your objective completed.
Yyyeah but I'd prefer if they were rewards, not "essential pieces of why I want to play that character". Plus actually completing your objective in an Oath Sign is a rather rare thing all things considered.

Could we notmaybe Rewardlock some of the uses of Luonto instead?

Hey Wolff is Alumi still connected to the Great Spirt? I'm asking since I just realized Invocation works by calling them back from there?

Been thinking about a new submission, and would a silver coin with a fallen angel trapped inside it be okay?

And here, we see a wild GM laughing his ass off before screaming 'WHY GOD' at the top of his lungs.

The Denarians are just.... *sigh* If you submit it, I will nerf it extremely hard. Just saying.

So, you can submit it it, but... no promises.

That's a no then (I was thinking of submitting Anduriel's coin).
This sounds cool who is it?
In the Dresden Files there's a group called the Order of the Blackened Denarius; each member has one of a set of 30 silver coins, each of which is bound to a Fallen Angel who can use it as a conduit to communicate with the bearer and lend them a fraction of their power. I was considering applying with one of the coins.

Wolff is there any restrictions on what I can summon like only Human, Animal or Nature type spirits? Or is it restricted by furyoku and I can't summon stuff stronger than me.

Nothing stronger than you.
Dang i wanted to use summon a high class spirit for a heroic sacrifice and pull of the stunt that X-laws guy did just you know successful and I end up crippled when the Oversoul breaks instead of dead (cause we know not to fight people who can lol nope our entire team). Plus I was thinking about using it to help blackout do the blessing thing.

That's for later.

Anduriel
Name: Anduriel

Picture:

Universe: The Dresden Files

Powers:
Coin Manipulation: Anduriel has a limited ability to influence his coin. This isn't much- merely enough to ensure that it (for example) rolls one direction instead of the other- but it can be used to help him reach new hosts. Further, anybody who has touched Anduriel's coin can call it to them across any distance if he allows it.

Fallen Shadow: Merely touching Anduriel's coin is enough to let him implant a shadow in the mind of the unfortunate soul. This shadow has access to the full knowledge of Anduriel and can use Sense Manipulation, but has only limited access to Hellfire and Possession, and none of his other powers. A shadow cannot be banished by force- it can only be removed by taking up Anduriel's coin in truth, or if it chooses to die.

Hellfire: Anduriel has access to effectively unlimited reserves of the mystical energy known of Hellfire, and can lend his bearer a tiny fraction of that might to empower their magic. Hellfire is inherently an unstable energy source, and as such is useless for augmenting delicate spells, but when used with destructive magic it can easily double or triple the power of a spell.

Immortality: Bearers of a Blackened Denarius do not age from the moment they take up the coin, rendering them immortal so long as they are not killed and do not discard it.

Invulnerability: The Blackened Denarius that Anduriel uses to channel his power is completely and utterly impervious to damage and harm.

Nature of Coins: The Blackened Denarii will naturally remain in circulation; any attempt to seal a Blackened Denarius away or otherwise ensure it will never find a new bearer will inevitably fail, though it may take years or decades to do so.

Near-Infinite Knowledge: As a Fallen Angel literally older than time, and Lucifer's spymaster, Anduriel's knowledge is vast beyond measure. His understanding of the nature of magic and reality can be assumed to be absolute, as can his knowledge of different languages, combat techniques, tricks to control the body, and so on.

Pain Empowerment: Though the power Anduriel offers his hosts is great, it can be increased. By inflicting pain, despair, and suffering they become better able to channel his power and use the strength he offers.

Possession: Anybody who touches Anduriel's coin is exposed to his influence. This allows him to lend them his power and knowledge, and him and his host to use all the abilities described here... for a price. Every time he offers power and it is accepted, his host (whether they know it or not) surrenders a little more of their free will to him. If they give up enough then Anduriel can take control of them, turning them into a prisoner in their own body, though this strictly optional on his part. Any host who still possesses the will and ability to act can discard his coin and end their possession at any time, should they have taken up the coin in truth prior to that.

Sense Manipulation: Anduriel can alter the information his hosts receive from their senses. This can be used for a variety of purposes, both beneficial (showing the positions of every object in a room after it has been plunged into darkness, communicating with his host, etc) and harmful (preventing a host from hearing a friend's words, tricking them into walking off a cliff, etc).

Shadow Manipulation: Anduriel can control his host's shadow, giving it a physical presence that isn't bound to any surface and the ability to grow and shift to massive size. This can be used for attack, defense, general utility, and generating wings for flying. It should be noted, however, that this is merely how his power manifested whilst possessing Nicodemus; other hosts may have different (though equally potent) expressions.

Shadow Spying: Anduriel can listen to the world through any shadow he desires, and use this to gather immense quantities of information at no risk to himself. The only known limitations to this ability are that he can only listen through a limited (though still high) number of shadows at once, and that sufficiently powerful beings can block him out if they are aware of this ability.

Personality:
Anduriel is ruthless, intelligent, and patient, and seeks to cultivate these traits in his hosts as well. This is because he prefers to work in a partnership with his hosts instead of dominating them completely, as that way he can take advantage of their possession of free will. His primary goal is to bring about the Apocalypse, the surrendering of all the people of the world to despair and evil.

Biography (Optional):
Anduriel was once one of Lucifers captain, and served him faithfully both on the fields of battle and as his spymaster during the Fall. After the Fall he continued to serve in this role, until the crucifixion granted him an opening to exerting his power on the world. Anduriel, together with 29 of his subordinates, were able to use the silver coins paid to Judas as channels for their power and spirits and used this to take hosts in the mortal world. Anduriel's host, Nicodemus, became the leader of the order that formed as a result, working with Anduriel freely and fully of his own will and committing countless atrocities down the centuries including such events as the Black Death.

Invunerability is Reward Locked, Nature of the Coin is permanently sealed, and Sense Manipulation is Reward Locked. Beyond that, however, it's accepted.
