Fridge Logic: Witches and Grief Seeds spawn naturally from human misery, even without Magical Girls to fight them.

Besides, Triela has, like, 2 years left to live at this point, so it isn't that big of a problem :p

They come individually from human despair, like Familiars. Otherwise the Incubators are directly responsible for the creation of Witches, and I feel like that's something that would have been mentioned at some point. In any of the related material. Ever.

    -Strength
    Pawa is about average in human standards. Until reinforcement. He would be able to slap Blue Idiot out of his Wheelchair flying. Probably with neck snapping.

    Pawa is about average in human standards. Until reinforcement. He would be able to stay on the Wheelchair unlike Blue Idiot.
    -Speed
    Pawa is inhumanly fast. He can run about as fast as a car in full speed even without reinforcement. But the downside is. He gets tired from doing that if he does it too often.

    Magecraft
    -Alteration
    A spell to change the objects properties and shapes.
    Pawa is a Master of this. Examples are to turn the ground into spikes, pitfalls and making a straight bridge to get across. Not counting turning his own coat of feathers to become bastardized needles, swords, sledgehammers and other things.
    Devour!
    -Reinforcement
    A spell that fills the imperfections of things. Making them better and stronger. Get it wrong and you blow it up/destroy it.
    Pawa is a skilled user of Reinforcement. As he really likes to hit people.
    -Acrobatics
    Being fast. Pawa had to learn to turn.
    -Animal Instinct
    Pawa is able to somewhat measure the dangers surrounding him.

    -Eye Ice Lasers!
    Pawa can fire Ice Lasers. Hug his Lovable Master.

    Personality: Pawa is a happy energetic child. And has an optimistic outlook on the world. It should also be noted that he likes to disarm people. Literally. Reason? They resist less.

    And he likes to go all out all the time.

    When it comes to people he likes and loves. He usually sticks on them and stays near them.

    Those that try to kill him? I must say. That's a nice pair of arms and legs.
