    "Your thinking would be better suited for the circle." He stated.

    "Why are you obsessed with strength Sergi? It means nothing without the mind to use it properly." You stated.

    "I have plenty of mind… and that is to kill Fascists and retake the motherland." He stated.

    "But why… why do you feel the need to get stronger?" You asked.

    "Because I want to see a world where Russia has a right to exist, Mir." He stated. "I want to see Russia strong, dependable, and safe from the Nazis." He stated. "You don't understand the terror of having to watch the sky every day, hoping that planes do not come from the west to destroy all we have built."

    "I understand." You whispered. "My family died too the bombers."

    "Then you know why." He stated. "I have to be strong so that others don't have to be."

    You nodded. "Can you help me be strong too? You don't have to be alone in the struggle."

    Sergi nodded.

    "WE SPEAK TO THOSE WHO ARE WORTHY OF BEING SPOKEN TOO!" The Ghosts said. "THOSE WHO TRY TO COMMUNE, WITHOUT THE RESPECT TO THE LIVING ARE LOCKED AWAY FROM US!" They spoke. "WE SPEAK SO THAT THE LIVING WILL REMEMBER US AND LEARN!"

    "Learn what?" You asked.

    "ALL ARE EQUAL IN DEATH!"

    But… Are you alone?"

    "YES…" The ghosts seemed quiet. "DEATH IS A LONELY PROCESS… ONE THAT ALL OF US SHARE… IT IS LONELY… BUT SOON WE SHALL ALL BE TOGETHER IN HEAVEN." The ghosts gave a bow. "THANK YOU FOR SPEAKING TO US!"

    "Mankind seems to be straying from heaven." You stated. "We kill each other for such petty and crude reasons… that we keep doing it is just a sign we don't deserve it!!'"

    "ONE SO YOUNG SHOULDN'T BELIEVE THAT THEY ARE BARRED FROM HEAVEN JUST BY EXISTING!!"

    "WELL THAN WHAT DO WE DESERVE IF HEAVEN ITSELF IS BARRED FROM US!!"

    "A PLACE OUTSIDE OF HEAVEN." The Ghosts stated. "IN THIS WORLD, OR ANOTHER!"

    "Thank you." You stated.

    The Ghosts nodded. "Thank you, child of peace. Live well"

    Reward: Psychic Powers revealed to be at Veteran rank. You dream of a place Outside of Heaven.

    "It's… different than my home… but I think I'll get used to it." You stated. "I wanted to say goodbye."

    The Sorrow's smile dropped slightly. "Goodbye? Why do you wish to say goodbye?" He asked.

    "I thought you were leaving." You stated. "To go back to your superiors."

    "You are correct...But I've been thinking about the things I've seen in you… and the ghosts told me about your little chat with them. They are impressed. So am I." He stated.

    "What do you plan to do?" You asked.

    "I am requesting that you come with me, as my apprentice." He stated. "I teach you a lot of things that may benefit you in a way that won't seem… too invasive. Not like others, who may exploit your gifts for their ends." He paused, thinking of his next words. "I believe you can be the one who can help me save our people."

    You tilted your head.

    No those are just the ones that have the chance to become FOX level. Everything else will rise to an appropriate rank.

    For a lack of a better word... Atlantropa's completion along with a lot of damming of the Congo river caused an unatural sea to form. The Nazis are trying to get all the uranium and REM in Africa.

    The files of the prewritten updates I have written have all become corrupted, along with all my notes.

    This might be the last update because dammit, I'm getting tired of having to rewrite updates three times before I can post it. I'm just getting exhausted at the tediousness that this has become.

    I know, out of left field after an update, but I had to write that update TEN FUCKING TIMES Before today!

    Damn... I hope that's not the case but I'd understand if you scrap the quest in this case. It sounds like if this goes on much longer your computer will just spontaneously combust. But until we get confirmation...

    To add on to what Magoose said, Atlantropa is the reason why Germany's economy went to shit as well as causing the breakdown of relations between it and Italy, Spain and the other Mediterranean nations due to Atlantropa completely wrecking Italy's trade routes and making almost all of their dockyards unusable. It's the reason why Israel and Palestine still exist in this timeline, on Mussolini's deathbed he let in all the Jews and other undesirables from Germany as one last fuck you towards Hitler, the new Il Duce is trying to liberalise Italy and can turn it into a democracy.
