Ugh, I liked Ethan as he was. The original backstory was pretty fucking compelling, including the darker parts. I don't want to change that.


Sylvie's death and the shit that followed shaped Ethan greatly and I also want to do what we were originally going to do, rescue best sister from hell.

I also want to enter the Story running, with Ethan having a good amount of informations about shit. We never got the chance to learn much about the setting.

Given the changes to the plot like us not getting the Grace, not getting married, etc, I don't think it'll be a rehash either way tbh. In fact, since we have greater chances of making it to second + years in the option where we are already at Crucible, there's more chances for new stuff.

Anyways, please vote even if you don't normally vote or if your vote of choice is already winning. I'm interested in seeing how many players are actively interested in the reboot.

Additionally, I will say that I've made some alterations to the setting and the characters therein. Hopefully, it'll allow the new quest to be fresh, sustainable, and more evenly paced,

Now I'm remembering the "1 cha is actually a pro, not a con" and "weaponizing our social autism" arguments. That god that isn't happening. Cha as a dump stat is terrible in 'real life'.

It's a feature, not a flaw! :p

But, yeah, Ethan's going to have something of an Antisocial Trait rather than boasting the CHA 1 stat!
