Hate to be that guy but in re Machete Nerd:
"Y' call that a knife?"

(I have an actual machete for reference, and holding it up like that, not accounting for perspective, the blade (excluding the handle) is at least two heads tall.)

Give it a bit of a curve and it might pass as a Kukri, but it ain't a very impressive machete.

Went with chicken + long mouth + tongue ribcage + too many torso segments/long-long torso
 
Hey! Show some respect for the Colonel! It didn't kill just anybody for that title you know!
 
That last one looks a little off. It looks like she's sitting on the edge of a sloped roof, but her knees/legs aren't at the correct angles for that.
 
I recommend giving the background a little more contrast, and making the shadows a little darker and sharper, like the glowing sword is almost the only light source in the scene.
