Sometimes, it's possible to be in the wrong place three times over. Reincarnating before canon starts properly can arguably be one. Having the ability to see spirits in a Shonen show that barely references the idea of spirits is a definite another. Finding out that you're living in the canon of a fanfiction of the original canon is a very distressing third.

Reisen Usagitsuki is a rabbit Mink who has the questionable honor of being spiritually aware in the world of One Piece. She's made her peace with that long ago though, and would like to request people to please ignore the dark chapter where she was a yankee girl for a year. Memories of her past life are fuzzy at best, but Reisen figured she remembered enough of the important bits of canon to muddle through. She really hope telling half-remembered tales of them to her little brother, Tony Tony Chopper, didn't mess things up too badly.

Life was... passable for the bunny girl. She had mentally prepped herself to join the Straw Hats when they arrived onto Drum Island, starting her journey to retrieve a powerful artifact from a fat bastard and hopefully finally complete the mission that her Warren set out, when she finds Jeremiah f***ing Cross already fucking up canon.
