[X] Venom-Thing

Come on. It's Man-Thing. Ensuring cosmic balance is his whole thing, and he sure isn't doing anything on a post apocalypse world!

[X] Thor
[X] Widowmaker
[X] Doom 2099
[X] Doctor Octopus
[X] Sister Grimm

Team Leader, Odinforce, Charisma, Ambition, Novelty, not in exactly that order.

[X] Captain America
-In the future, humans and mutants would finally make lasting peace between the two races, allowing technology to expand to unimaginable heights. However, none realized that the artificial intelligences created became self aware until the machines began to protest their conditions, leading to battles and bigotry on both sides. To lead a new revolution, the machines created a leader based on the most inspiring individual in the historical records, the super hero Captain America, as a symbol of freedom. However, the newly minted Captain fears that it will not be able to create peace between the biological and the mechanical.
[X] Emma Frost
-When young Emma Frost's telepathy awakened, she became hyperaware to the meddling of her toxic family. Eventually, she managed to blackmail her father and left to make her own way. She soon became part of a band of hippies travelling the countryside in their VW bus. However, tragedy struck when she had a horrifying experience with LSD, accidentally killing her friends through her telepathy, surviving herself only because her secondary mutation activated out of survival. She has since continued her journey in the stead of her companions, helping those in need as she struggles to become clean.
[X] Thor
-During her first battle with the Avengers, young Rogue absorbed the thunder god Thor's entire being. In her confusion, she fell under the manipulations of the god of mischief Loki in his efforts to conquer Asgard. However, just before she killed the grieving Odin, she refused, allowing her to make contact with Thor on the astral plane, who encouraged her to take the mantle of Thor, saying the fact that she could hold Mjolnir proved that she was far more worthy than she realized. She has since accepted her role as protector of Asgard and Midgard, and found the acceptance she always desired as Odin's adopted daughter.
[X] Venom-Thing
-Years ago, Spider-Man, the Lizard, and Venom battled against one another in the Florida Everglades. The Lizard managed to bite a weakened Venom with, ironically, a venomous bite that cause the symbiote to reject Eddie Brock, allowing the Lizard to finish him off. However, the symbiote escaped and eventually found a new host, the Man-Thing. Since the Man-Thing had no mind, the symbiote managed to completely take control, choosing to remain in the Everglades after discovering Spider-Man died in a disaster that killed most of humanity.
[X] Doom 2099
-In the year 2099, a man believing himself to be the original Victor Von Doom challenged the megacorporations that took over his home country Latveria, only to be soundly defeated. Using the technology of the new era along with his own brilliance, Doom set out to reclaim his country through war. After many battles, he has recently succeeded and defeated the corrupt Tyger Wylde, turning his attention to trying to discover how he came to this new era, as well as succeed in his original goal of world domination.
[X] Steve Rogers/Joe Fixit
-When Steve Rogers was a child, he had an imaginary friend based on gangster movies, exaggerated in the way only a child can. When he volunteered to be exposed to gamma rays for the governments' Super Soldier experiment, this forgotten childhood friend became real, transforming into him when he gets angry. The two are often at odds as Rogers is idealistic and Fixit is mercenary, but they've learned to live with each other as they fight the Axis powers.

However, the newly minted Captain fears that it will not be able to create peace between the biological and the mechanical.
[X] Iron Man - When WWII broke out, Howard Stark was the greatest mind the Allies had to offer. This led to him being seriously wounded and kidnapped by the Nazis, forced to build weapons for them. However, Howard managed to build a suit of armor that let him escape and become the hero Iron Man. After winning the war, Howard put aside the suit and focused on his business for two decades, until his son was killed while touring Viet Nam. Reclaiming his suit, Howard masks his grief by leading the superheroes of his era.
[X] Sister Grimm - After defeating their parents and saving the world, Nico Minoru and the rest of the Pride's children were separated into foster homes until being reunited by the time travelling Iron Lad, the young Kang the Conqueror, helping equip them to become the Young Avengers. However, the timeline was nearly torn asunder when Kang himself appeared to stop his young counterpart. While the Young Avengers were victorious, Iron Lad had to be sent back to the future with his memories erased to keep the timeline preserved. Nico retook the mantle of leader and the Young Avengers protect L.A. even now.

Nikolai has grown from being just a spy when the goddess Loki stole a SHIELD tesseract, brainwashing many SHIELD agents including Clara. Nikolai joined with several women with fantastic powers discovered through the Avengers Initiative to free Clara and defeat Loki and her alien allies, choosing to stay together as a team of Avengers.

[X] W0lv3r1N3
-Larry Trask was a boy genius, whose favorite superhero was the mutant Wolverine. When Wolverine and all the other X-Men were killed by the Sentinels during their worldwide takeover, Larry built his own robotic self-repairing Wolverine, and ordered him to find the maker of the Sentinels and kill them. Tragically, this turned out to be Larry's own father, the business mogul and genius Bolivar Trask. In his grief, Larry told Wolverine to go away and forget about him, leading to Wolverine to wipe his memories, wandering the post-Sentinel wasteland with the mind of a child imitating their favorite superhero.

[X] Plan Multiverse Avengers

[X] Steve Rogers/Joe Fixit
-When Steve Rogers was a child, he had an imaginary friend based on gangster movies, exaggerated in the way only a child can. When he volunteered to be exposed to gamma rays for the governments' Super Soldier experiment, this forgotten childhood friend became real, transforming into him when he gets angry. The two are often at odds as Rogers is idealistic and Fixit is mercenary, but they've learned to live with each other as they fight the Axis powers.

[X] Iron Man

After winning the war, Howard put aside the suit and focused on his business for two decades, until his son was killed while touring Viet Nam. [X] Sister Grimm
-After defeating their parents and saving the world, Nico Minoru and the rest of the Pride's children were separated into foster homes until being reunited by the time travelling Iron Lad, the young Kang the Conqueror, helping equip them to become the Young Avengers. However, the timeline was nearly torn asunder when Kang himself appeared to stop his young counterpart. While the Young Avengers were victorious, Iron Lad had to be sent back to the future with his memories erased to keep the timeline preserved. Nico retook the mantle of leader and the Young Avengers protect L.A. even now.

[X] Scott Summers
-Operating out of their hometown of Bayville, Scott Summers (vocals), Kurt Wagner (drums), "Rogue" (bass), Jean Grey (Lead guitar) and Pietro Maximoff (guitair) were a garage band called X-Men rEvolution. Writing songs about their shared experiences as mutants, they suddenly rose in popularity, eventually gaining nationwide success and even having to battle against pro-human bigots that attacked them. However, that all came crashing down when Rogue committed suicide after years of dealing with her depression. After that, Kurt joined the missionary, Jean checked into rehab after nearly dying from an overdose, and Pietro simply ran, leaving Scott alone and directionless in spite of being the most popular and wealthy mutant in the country.

[X] Widowmaker
-Nikolai Romanov was a spy for SHIELD, a product of Russia's infamous Red Room, often teamed with fellow agent Clara "Hawkeye" Barton, most notably Budapest.

I chose Steve Rogers/Joe Fixit as we need a powerhouse (in terms of raw superhuman strength) in the team that is tempered by Steve's idealism and in turn that idealism is tempered by Joe's mercenary nature, especially when things need to get done fast/quick plus Joe could fit in the criminal underworld and develop contacts and links from that world.

I chose Iron Man (aka Howard Stark) as we need someone with the extensive know-how and expertise to deal with technology (hopefully including alien technology) as well as deal with opponents of a technological nature. Plus, he could bring other resources to the table namely his wealth, his technology, his company, and his links/contacts in the technological and military circles. Moreover, he has experience in leading his own group of Avengers and being that he was active in WWII he could provide a sense of familiarity to Steve Rogers/Joe Fixit (who is active during that era as well) and vice-versa.

I chose Sister Grimm as we need someone who is a mistress of the mystic arts and is well-versed in the occult, the mythological, the paranormal, and the supernatural. Hopefully, this includes telepathy as well. Plus, like Iron Man she leads her own version of the Avengers (i.e. her native Young Avengers team) and therefore could act as either co-leader (with Howard Stark) and/or as his second-in-command alongside Steve Rogers/Joe Fixit.

I chose Scott Summers as we need someone with a powerful long-range attack, plus he can be bring his own resources to the table such as his wealth and his contacts and links with the entertainment, music, showbiz worlds as well as possible contacts and links with other mutants. Moreover, since he was the lead vocalist of his defunct band/superhero team I ant his to see this group's theme music, which is this :);):);):);):

.

Plus, I'm interested in what the interactions are going to be like between the young rich but directionless mutant musician (Scott Summers) and the old rich high-tech guy (Howard Stark).

I chose Rogue Thor as the team needs another powerhouse, especially one that can go toe-to-toe with opponents that are gods, godlike beings, cosmic beings, and even demons. I would also like to see how Scott Summers interacts with this version of Rogue (as the Rogue he knew killed herself due to depression). Plus, she has contacts and links with Asgard and the Asgardians.

Lastly, I chose Widowmaker as the team needs someone who can be the team's scout, spy, and (need be) assassin. Plus, he could have contacts and links within the intelligence and law enforcement communities and even possibly contacts and links with the criminal underworld.

So vote for my plan. :):):)

With this members I'm either considering getting Captain America to be the leader, or for Howard. Both of them should be the ones with the most experience. On the other hand if Doom had won, then we would have our team leader right there.

Sorry this has been taking so long, my first draft got deleted and now I have to rewrite it. I have an idea to make it a bit simpler for me to write it up quicker that'll fit the character you chose to play as. I'll have to get started on it tomorrow, though.

Memo #1
To: Self
From: Self
Subject: Minutes of first team recruitment

00:00 - I summon recruit Iron Man to lobby.

00:01-01:54 - Iron Man studies new area with armor's sensors, discovers the quantum lock that keeps the lobby unharmed from any being below Galactus-level. Discovers door to office is locked.

01:54 - I summon recruit Sister Grimm to lobby.

01:55-03:55 - Recruits discuss situation with each other. Sister Grimm expresses confusion when she realizes that recruit Iron Man is not Anthony Stark. Iron Man expresses confusion when he sees Sister Grimm's Starkphone, initially believing it to be alien technology. Sister Grimm casts spell, discovers quantum lock. Iron Man explains he discovered quantum lock previously.

03:55 - I summon recruit Captain America to lobby.

03:55-05:04 - Recruits discuss situation. Iron Man is fascinated by a machine created in the image of his old ally. Captain America expresses surprise at humans that show no prejudice towards robots. Confusion about the current year occurs.

05:04 - I summon recruit Emma Frost to lobby.

05:04-05:55 - Emma Frost learns about situation through telepathy. This angers Iron Man, who dislikes/has suspicions of "hippies". Sister Grimm is confused by Emma Frost's slang.

05:55 - I summon recruit Thor to lobby.

05:55-07:39 - Thor initially believes she has been kidnapped and prepares to attack. Emma Frost calms her down, saying she refuses to fight. Emma Frost has difficulty with establishing a telepathic link with Thor. Thor shows reluctance to allow anyone except for Captain America to touch her. All parties are confused by Thor's mix of archaic and Southern dialect.

07:39 - I summon Widowmaker to lobby.

07:39-08:23 - Emma Frost downloads situation into Widowmaker through telepathy. Iron Man, Thor, and Sister Grimm express confusion at his gender, as all have met/know of his female counterpart from their native dimensions. Thor, Emma Frost, and Sister Grimm are briefly distracted by Widowmaker's posterior.

08:23 - I unlock the door to my office.

08:23-09:34 - Recruits enter office. They show surprise at size of office, the stellar material making up my desk, and my lack of a face. Attempts at politeness are brushed off. Demands of explanation from Iron Man and Thor.

09:34-12:49 - I explain I have no name, and they may call me by my title of Chronomonitor. I explain situation: existential decay in the multiverse has accelerated to the degree that beneficial multiversal groups can no longer attempt to keep up. The Living Tribunal has resorted to putting these universe in a quantum freeze, utterly frozen in time and space. Each of the recruits are from these frozen realities, the only ones free of the decay and therefore cannot spread it to other universes. Their mission will be to travel to other realities and achieve certain goals that will stop this decay within these universes. If they manage to do this in enough universes, the decay will decrease to the point where the frozen realities can be repaired. If they fail or refuse, this decay will spread until the multiverse is frozen for all eternity.

12:49-12:54 - I allow them to talk in the lobby as they make a decision. I write the minutes down for this new company's posterity. I begin to decide which mission that shall be the first. Unfortunately, I only have the mission objectives and no more information until the team completes enough missions that I have enough assets to expand the office.

A/N: Finally done, family vacations are a thing. Will have to write up character sheets tomorrow. The points listed after each of these missions are the baseline of what you earn, if you do exceptionally well or screw up too much you could get a lot more or less. Generally speaking, the more points, the harder the mission. Omake's and fanart, if people are so inclined, can get you extra points (though I'll probably have to fine-tune the rules on that front).

[X] "Find the corpse of Frank Castle and deliver it to the leaders." - 450 Points

[X] "Put the greatest American into prison." - 700 Points

[X] "Bring democracy to Subterranea." - 1000 Points.

This one first please. I like the underground.

Updated the rules section with the price sheet. Check it out for what you can buy.

Sorry for the delay, got sick. Posted the basic character sheets (will add traits later). I'll keep the vote open for a day or two while I get back in the swing of things.

And the winning choice is:

"Hydra, you unpatriotic DOLTS! Your feeble intellects are no match for awesome freedom-loving knowledge of DOCTOR AMERICA!!"
