I've gotten about this much. Excluding Raiga and Taiga's servants. Cause I have no idea who's title/skill could be considered a 'tactical genius', or a female with a charm face... Unless Lancer 2 is just a genderbent Diarmuid.
Also, some of the servant's didn't really describe having a connection to a new master. So I guessed their original master.

I think Caster was Homucifer instead.
Casterko's power was the ability to grant wishes though. AND she turned us into a puella magi. That pretty much screams kyubey.
I was originally thinking Madoka because of the white dress. But the demons/witches, contract, puella magi transformation, talk of karmic potential, and the colors red/white all point to human kyubey.

Kyuubey is under the control of Homucifer, so the ability to grant contract being one of her NP certainly is possible.

A lot of people are voting to save both Irisviel and maya, but the more people we have, the quicker the drain on our resources. We need irisviel to teach Shirou how to use magecraft, since K isn't a good teacher, and to rescue Ilya. Maya is simply a drain on our resources.

I kind of disagree since I think we do need Maiya to save Illya. Irisviel can help us plan since she's lived there, and knows about the Einzbern magic. But Maiya's been our partner for Years, and knows how we work inside and out. Besides, more adults mean more hands on deck and jobs. And we need all the people we can trust as we can get since we're hardmode.
Considering how much work went into training Maiya. You don't just throw away loyalty like that, even from a pragmatic prospective.

So the Grail War goes FUBAR... Seems about right.
In order: No clue, no clue again, most likely Hayate Yagami, definately Karasuba, not sure, Ghirahim. Of those, I think Hayate would be the most interesting as the Book of Darkness or the TSAB showing up would be incredibly interesting.

seriously is this "canon" Shirou or did Minato end up in Fuyuki somehow ? because this war was truly a glorious clusterfuck ,im just sad tha Iskander and "Death" didn't survive , it would have made the daily news very interesting

This is basically Fate/zero, Fate Zero Sense (The Infamous Man's fanfic), Fate/Apocrypha, and In Flight rolled into one, more or less.
Fate/zero: The basic premise.
Fate/Apocrypha: The 14 Servant Grail War thing.
Fate Zero Sense: Servants from fictional series, with special mention to Deadpool and how he and Kirei acted.
In Flight: That it take place in the same universe as Sekirei is, as well as how Shirou used to be Minato.
