So, I get that we don't have the 'resources' for GLaDOS to roll out fancy tech for the whole team, but could she take stuff we buy like this and upgrade it into fancier versions over time?

Love that GLaDOS gets auto corrected.

You could also ask for a quick Perception check if you want to narrow down the choice to the actual thief, and perhaps some other details.

I mean, it's just a card. We can cancel it and get a new one. Or was it some special card from GLaDOS? I mean, if she has a bank account with money paying out to Taylor's allowance she can probably get a new card anyway.

I don't think it'll work. None of us are in costume, and Taylor's the only one can change in a heartbeat. Sophia absolutely should not be attracting civvy attention from Coil and the Empire of all people. Emma could theoretically hide her identity by attuning to metal or concrete, but also has no combat experience.

Then again, this is almost certainly going to turn into a fight. Neither gang would tolerate come civvy trying to rescue their "recruit", and we wouldn't back down.

Though maybe we could ask Sophia to tail the E88 so we could try to rescue that one later? She's pretty stealthy.

[X] Write-In: Ask Sophia to stealthily tail the Empire looking thugs while Taylor sees if the more legit looking Peacekeepers have her card. Because unlike real Peacekeepers, we can lay the hurt on actual Nazis if (when) they're up to no good. (As far as Taylor knows).

Thats my suggestion.

Honestly it seems a bit late now either way, but it would have been a "free action" vote. I'll include a roll at the beginning of the next section, but if you ask early enough that not many votes are in I can give stuff like that for free. If you do still want wanna vote that way, I'm doing a plurality/threshold style tally that could in theory get something. But I think most people who would have voted have, now, and almost I'm ready to start the next chapter.

In the future you could also join my Discord server where I post chapters early, ask for feedback, and I have "lightning votes" to influence small decisions in the middle of a writing session.
