So, here's my thought process. I understand why people would want to double up on defenses, but every turn we aren't getting more Energy is a turn where we aren't increasing our available economy. We keep to this sorta layout, and we can gradually ramp up research and minion spawns while also gaining more econ steadily. I also believe that Research is what will carry over to new 'runs' as per roguelite rules, so we should get started on that ASAP.

[X] Plan Exponential Growth (not really)

We aren't fighting people with swords and sticks, they have guns. We aren't truly safe until we have a wall between us and the entrance.

[X] Plan Exponential Growth (not really)

You know what.
Worst case we get a quick restart.

[X] Plan: The Mobile One
-[X] Create a minion
--[X] [Chromium Minion 1.0] x1
--[X] [Standard Minion 1.0] x1

Mobile Defense right now may be more useful as long as we don't attract too many gonks, so to capitalize on this, having more minions first will be nice at first, especially since you never know when someone may bring in some stupid weapons like knives vs pistols/smg's lol.

Next plan will have 1-2 Energy put into more energy production alongside a trap, and some energy put into new researches.

[X]Plan: Basic Bitch Dungeon
-[X] Create a minion (Costs 5 energy per minion level) can be chosen more than once.

--[X] [Chromium Pit Trap 1.0]

The blue prints feel like 3-d molds in your mind hollow spaces that you slowly fill with your energy. Once finished it sort of clicks into place and the mold goes from a thing in your mind to a thing in the world. The Chromium Minion is unsurprisingly shiny and fairly dominated by a large singular barrel. It is also intelligent, you can feel a connection to it in your mind and you know that it will protect you and attack intruders. It doesn't seem to have any advanced tactics though, it feels to you like a particular protective but dumb dog mentally.

Still it's surprisingly quick, about the same speed of a human walking very quickly, and the size of that gun seems at least as large as a heavier shotgun barrel. The armor seems fairly thick for it's small size and you are fairly certain it would take special bullets or a lucky shoot for a pistol to damage it, but rifles may be asking a bit much of the small guy.

You can order it around the single room and hallway dungeon easily enough but as soon as you experiment with ordering it through the door it just comes back. It takes you a few quick attempts to figure out what is happening, your command of the minion ends exactly at the door way and once out of command range it returns back into the command range. A sort of hard limit imposed upon you and it.

Next you create the trap, rather than the blue print hovering in the air you have to mentally place it on the ground where you want it. Afterwards it is the same process of slowly filling up the blue print and then the floor changes. It's a panel that you can pull back at will to reveal shiny metal spikes. It isn't particularly fast and it is obvious the floor is different if you look closely but none the less, anything to protect yourself is a good thing at this point.

You have started to hear noises in the warehouse above you so you are certain it is only a matter of time until you are found. The noises seem to only happen occasionally, always the same distance apart before you hear them again. You think the warehouse is only being used at night, possibly for something illegal. You suspect the standard minion may have better sensors than the chromium minion and you may yet be able to get a little bit more information.

Energy Generation: +10 Per turn

[] Generate chromium to increase energy generation

[] Research a new blue print (Cost 10 Energy per level to finish, progress can be saved between turns)
---[] [Standard Minion 2.0] A generic all round improved version of drone, slightly faster, slightly tougher, slightly harder hitting, slightly more accurate.
---[] [Standard Chromium Minion 2.0] A slightly more armored and agile knee high tank with twin barrels and something to prove.
---[] [Chromium Variation on Standard Minion 1.0] Slightly better armed and armored than the standard minion 1.0.
---[] [Chromium Pit Trap 2.0] A faster trap that is more flush with the normal floor to hide it faster with sharper stakes.

I maintain that we should start slow-burning both Research and Energy Production while buying a single extra minion each turn.

I'm going to approval vote, since I don't really have a preference.

The standard minion is a quad copter drone with a pistol strapped to the bottom. It's flying and quite quick but given how much of it is plastic you are fairly certain you could destroy it by flying it full speed into a wall. Someone with bullets or blades would do it even easier. However it also has a pretty good set of audio and video equipment.

Increasing your energy generation turns out to be just filling your core room with sheets of the chromium and the presence of it seems to pull energy to you. Which in turn allows you to generate more of it. You can see how a core could grow to be something terrifying in short order like this, and yet you also see how valuable a core most be to certain people.

The spying on the door by your Standard Minion goes well, the superior equipment lets you pick up conversations that happen to be close enough to the door. It's a drug dealing gang above you, the "Chrome Cobras" who are using this warehouse to store drugs before selling them over the city. Apparently the proper ownership of the warehouse ended up being disputed legally and lost in the court system years ago and so they can use it at night but not during the day with a lot of eyes upon them.

Your R&D goes smoothly 10% of the way there, the 2.0 version seems to be a general all around improvement, including no more plastic.

[X] Plan Exponential Growth while everything is still peacefull
-[X] Spend 4 energy to Generate Chromium
-[X] Spend 5 energy to generate a Standard Minion
-[X] Spend 2 energy to research Standard Minion 2.0

Well, since there is a drug dealing gang upstairs then we may just need to block the door enough to prevent them from becoming more interested in it.

Our energy production is wrong, we should have only 11 energy income, also it's late for me and I have class tomorrow so I will do a plan later
