1951, the commission has been organized once again to elect a new leader, as Vincent "The Executioner" Mangano disappeared most likely whacked… Now the fate of the mafia once again falls under the ospus of a new boss of bosses, and the Directors are happy to appoint a replacement.
But you are not part of the commission and you are near underlings under the commission the crews and the Cappos that make the business of the entire organization run smoothly.

I am Magoose, the Serial Quester who happens to do some crazy shit all the god damn time when he comes up with new ideas.
this time it was because of several days in Quarenteen due to Covid destroying me and my vacation, and I was in dire need of some good, honest fun.
So I watched Mob Movies!
Lots and Lots of Mob Movies.
Let's see if you can save the commission from its own failings.
But please note, you are not just independent capos or part of the legendary five families or the Chicago Outfits. Oh no..
You are all going to be the underlings.
The Cappos, the Soldiers, and you must climb the ranks and reach the heights while making boatloads of money for the Commission.
For me.
See, unlike other Quests where I just narrate the story, roll the dice, and cry, I will be taking the role of the Commission itself.
I, and by that meaning: The Commission, will sometimes put out a broad request for certain outfits to do something.
That does not mean, however, you have to follow my orders. You will have plenty of Autonomy to make your own decisions.
But be warned: You fuck up, The Commission will make sure you sleep with the fishes.

Now set up in San Francisco, Randino styles himself as a gentleman crook, with a preference for negotiation. His main business is still extortion, but he's he also dabbles in money Laundering through his "Partners", and occasionally mediates disagreements between smaller outfits. Regrettably, the past rarely stays buried, and now that his old boss is six feet under, some of his sins seem to have fallen at Randino's feet, while former comrades also blame him turning his back on them. His enemies on the east coast haven't caused him problems yet, but it's really just a matter of time.

And they didn't allow foreigners (Anyone else who was not Italian) to join the ranks.
As I am the Commission... no, at this moment in time, this is Italian Only. We ain't in the '60s yet, and other criminal elements won't be willing to play ball with us yet.

-[X] Enzio, his parents and twin younger sisters immigrated to America in August 1934 from Venice when he was 8 because his parents saw the writing on the wall after Hitler had his Night Of The Long Knives and started spouting his rhetoric. After arriving to the US his Father took a job as a truck driver at the Docks and his mother started working in a bakery. As the next 8 years past Enzio would get acclimated, went to school and started doing ride-along's with his dad when he hit 12 and generally stayed out of trouble, and when his dad made his own trucking company when he was 16 he worked as a driver. When 1944 came along though, Enzio was 18 and he signed up for the US Army to fight the Germans. After boot camp he was shipped over to Britain and told to stand-by until orders came down. It took 3 months but when orders came down it was to "get on the boats cause were heading to Normandy." Enzio was in the third wave to the beach and he'll never forget that Hell. He continued fighting till the end of the war only to come back to find his Dad dying in the hospital after a few thugs (luckily unaffiliated with the mob, after what happens next) robed the truck he was driving. They stole the cargo and as they were leaving one of them shot Mr.Rivera in the chest. Enzio hunted those thugs down and killed them but it couldn't save his dad. After that Enzio took over the family shipping business, but he needed cash to pay for the funeral and take care of his Mom and Sisters. So he went to went to an acquaintance he had made in the army are got in touch with the local Mob. Now he ships whatever's needed from point A to point B, and with his old Army contacts buys and sells Army Surplus to whomever's got the cash and the connections
